If Braze sounds like a place where you can thrive, we can’t wait to meet you.</div>The AI Solutions Architect is a critical individual contributor role working closely with our Sales team.  You will work with our enterprise customers (pre-sales) to educate them on our product, set up and run proofs-of-concept, and lead discussions of a highly technical nature (e.g., deep dives into product functionality) fielded by technical stakeholders. You will also be able to develop consultative relationships with technical and non-technical stakeholders by leading with curiosity and inspiring people with a vision of how reinforcement learning can transform their approach to customer lifecycle marketing.
