If Braze sounds like a place where you can thrive, we can’t wait to meet you.</div><h3>WHAT YOULL DO</h3> <ul> <li>Lead Project Lifecycle: Drive the entire project lifecycle for key initiatives within the Sales and Marketing technology ecosystem.</li> <li>Requirements Elicitation &amp; Translation: Act as the primary liaison between Sales, Marketing, and other business stakeholders to elicit requirements and translate them into detailed technical specifications for internal systems.</li> <li>Product Ownership: Own, manage, enhance and integrate key Sales &amp; Marketing tools, e.g. Gong, Outreach, <a href="http://peopl.ai/">People.ai</a>, etc. </li> <li>Subject Matter Expertise: Serve as the SME for the Sales and Marketing technology stack - providing best practice guidance, drive technology roadmap, training and support to end-users to maximize system adoption and value.</li> <li>Application Design &amp; Maintenance: Design, configure, and maintain critical sales and marketing applications, ensuring scalability, efficiency, and business goals alignment.</li> <li>Process Analysis &amp; Optimization: Conduct in-depth analysis of sales and marketing processes and data to identify opportunities for automation, optimization, and improved data quality, utilizing state of the art AI-driven solutions.</li> <li>Solution Collaboration &amp; Deployment: Collaborate with engineering teams to develop and deploy custom solutions, integrations, and reports, providing actionable insights to go-to-market teams.</li> <li>Test Plan Development &amp; Execution: Develop and execute comprehensive UAT / test plans to ensure the integrity and quality of new features and integrations.</li> <li>Continuous Improvement: Stay current with the latest trends and best practices in Sales and Marketing technology, continuously seeking ways for AI-driven innovation and improve the existing technology stack.</li> </ul> <h3>WHO YOU ARE</h3> <ul> <li>5+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst, with at least 2 years in a senior capacity, specifically supporting Sales and Marketing teams.</li> <li>Proven expertise in administering and optimizing enterprise business applications such as Salesforce Sales Cloud, Gong, Outreach, etc.</li> <li>Deep understanding of end to end Sales and Marketing business processes, including: inquiry-to-lead, lead-to-opportunity, quote-to-cash.</li> <li>Experience with owning, managing, maintaining, enhancing and integrating key Sales and Marketing technologies, e.g. Gong (must-have), Outreach (must-have), ZoomInfo, Marketo, Clari, <a href="http://people.ai/">People.ai</a>, Fullcast, etc. </li> <li>Proven experience in delivering business value via AI-driven automation initiatives. </li> <li>Excellent communication (verbal and written), interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to a non-technical business audience, and business concepts to a technical audience.</li> <li>A proactive, data-driven and results-oriented mindset, with a demonstrated ability to independently manage multiple projects and deliver on deadlines.</li> <li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an unwavering attention to detail.</li> <li>Experience with project management methodologies (e.g. Agile, Scrum).</li> <li>Bachelors degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.</li> </ul> Bonus Points If You Have <ul> <li>Certifications in Business Systems Analysis (e.g. IIBA), and/or Agile Product Owner. </li> <li>Certifications in key Sales and Marketing technologies, e.g. Gong, Outreach.</li> <li>Certifications in Salesforce (e.g. Salesforce Administrator, Sales Cloud Consultant).</li> <li>Familiarity with data analysis, reporting, and dashboard creation in platforms like Looker or Tableau or Salesforce.</li> </ul> For candidates based in the United States, the pay range for this position at the start of employment is expected to be between $105,700 and $124,400/year with an expected On Target Earnings (OTE) between $124,400 and $146,400/year (including bonus or commission). Your exact offer may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
