If Braze sounds like a place where you can thrive, we can’t wait to meet you.</div>WHAT YOU’LL DO <ul> <li>Provide fundamental deliverability support to our customers and our internal teams</li> <li>Respond to customer requests via a ticketing system to assist with deliverability troubleshooting and strategy</li> <li>Help conduct in-depth investigations, reviews, and audits into email sending practices</li> <li>Assist customers with blocklists, spam traps, and issues with Mailbox Providers</li> <li>Review and interpret individual customer email metrics to identify and recommend actions that improve sending reputation</li> <li>Deliver performance analysis and insights to help customers optimize email quality and engagement</li> <li>Take an active role in projects that help to mature process, product, thought leadership, or customer education</li> </ul>   WHO YOU ARE Our ideal candidate is someone who has competency in deliverability concepts and customer management skills. They ideally have one to two years of experience providing deliverability-specific services at an ESP, agency, or large brand.
