If Braze sounds like a place where you can thrive, we can’t wait to meet you.</div>WHAT YOU’LL DO <ul> <li>Provide fundamental deliverability support to our customers and our internal teams</li> <li>Respond to customer requests via a ticketing system to assist with deliverability troubleshooting and strategy</li> <li>Help conduct in-depth investigations, reviews, and audits into email sending practices</li> <li>Assist customers with blocklists, spam traps, and issues with Mailbox Providers</li> <li>Review and interpret individual customer email metrics to identify and recommend actions that improve sending reputation</li> <li>Deliver performance analysis and insights to help customers optimize email quality and engagement</li> <li>Take an active role in projects that help to mature process, product, thought leadership, or customer education</li> </ul>   WHO YOU ARE Our ideal candidate is someone who has competency in deliverability concepts and customer management skills. They ideally have one to two years of experience providing deliverability-specific services at an ESP, agency, or large brand. They’d have an understanding of industry best practices, have had experience in the identification and remediation of deliverability issues and in presenting them in a meaningful, consumable format to customers. For candidates based in the United States, the pay range for this position at the start of employment is expected to be between $70,300 and $82,700/year with an expected On Target Earnings (OTE) between $78,100 and $91,900/year (including bonus or commission). Your exact offer may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
