AI Project ManagerKey Role:Designs, implements, and maintains strategic, multi-disciplinary artificial intelligence (AI) programs in support of client strategy. Applies leading-edge principles, theories, and concepts, and contributes to the development of new principles and concepts. Works on unusually complex problems and provides highly innovative solutions. Operates with substantial latitude for unreviewed action or decision, and mentors or supervises employees in both company and technical competencies.Basic Qualifications:<ul><li>8+ years of experience with Agile methodologies or software project management tools, including Jira or Confluence </li><li>3+ years of experience supporting, planning, scheduling, coordinating, or delivering AI, data science, or machine learning projects </li><li>Experience leading and coaching cross-functional Agile or Scrum teams and leveraging objective performance metrics to optimize team delivery and drive continuous improvement</li><li>Experience with defining product visions, roadmaps, and product MVPs to deliver innovative digital and AI solutions</li><li>Experience working with stakeholders to translate strategic objectives into executable plans and balancing competing priorities</li><li>Knowledge of project and program management practices</li><li>Ability to work independently with minimal direction and help lead a team </li><li>Ability to anticipate, mitigate, and resolve risks and conflicts across workstreams </li><li>Ability to obtain a Secret clearance</li><li>Bachelors degree in a technology field</li></ul>Additional Qualifications:<ul><li>Experience working with and managing open source software solutions</li><li>Experience leveraging DevSecOps practices as part of agile delivery</li><li>Secret clearance</li><li>Masters degree in a related field</li><li>SAFe Program Consultant or similar agile certifications</li><li>Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification ​</li></ul>Clearance:Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.CompensationAt Booz Allen, we celebrate your contributions, provide you with opportunities and choices, and support your total well-being. The projected compensation range for this position is $99,000.00 to $225,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
