We are the technical liaison between sales and prospective customers. We work closely with sales representatives to understand client needs and demonstrate how Boomis integration platform can solve complex business challenges. From delivering sales presentations and product demonstrations to developing detailed installation or system integration plans, we ensure customers get the innovative, relevant, interoperable solutions they need.</p> <h4><strong>THIS ROLE IS BASED IN MOUNTAIN OR CENTRAL TIME ZONES</strong></h4> <div><strong>What Youll Do</strong><br />As a Senior Presales Solutions Engineer, you will provide pre-sales technical support to our field sales teams, helping to define the overall Boomi solution for our customers using the full range of company products and services. You will:</div> <ul> <li>Collaborate with Account Executives to help determine customer’s needs, understand the technical landscape, and identify pain points via discovery calls</li> <li>Assess and present the potential solutions of company products and services, using technical competency and creativity to design business solutions that encompass the breadth of the Boomi portfolio</li> <li>Prepare detailed product specifications and deliver impactful presentations to enable the sale of our products and solutions.</li> <li>Discuss product capabilities and applications with technical users/buyers, and business stakeholders, verifying the operability of product and service configuration within the prospects environment via Demos or Proof of Concept</li> <li>Coordinate internal specialists and other necessary Boomi employees to help build the “win team” for prospective customers</li> <li>Support RFI/RFP completion by answering in-scope technical questions for prospective customers</li> <li>Verify operability of sophisticated product and service configurations within the customer’s environment</li> <li>Perform advanced systems integration and provide technical expertise to design the solution</li> </ul> <div><strong>The Experience You Bring</strong></div> <ul> <li>Excellent communication, relationship, problem-solving and leadership skills</li> <li>Ability to present to executive level and articulate the Boomi solutions</li> <li>Familiarity with LLMs and their applications in chat-based AI.</li> <li>Experience with web services, APIs, and enterprise messaging</li> <li>Hands-on experience with IPaaS technologies and integration architecture. </li> <li>Strong understanding of prompt engineering and advanced techniques to enhance LLM performance.</li> <li>Proficiency in using APIs from platforms such as Amazon Bedrock, Antropic, Azure OpenAI, OpenAI, Gemini, and others.</li> </ul> <p><br /><strong>Bonus Points If You Have</strong></p> <ul> <li>Experience with complementary technologies (e.g., API management, MDM, AI, ELT, and Data Analytics)</li> </ul> <p><br /><strong><em>Aren’t sure if you’re a match?
