Come join us on the adventure today!</div>Your role at Bolt: Bolt is looking for an Implementation Manager to drive fast, efficient, and delightful on-boarding for new customers. Working in partnership with customer success, integrations, and sales teams, you’ll own the strategic on-boarding process including: managing timelines, projects, stakeholder alignment, and expectation setting across internal and external teams. Ideal candidates have the ability to understand the technical complexity, a keen sense for managing people, and a great ability to get stuff done. Deep curiosity and the ability to go above and beyond to tackle big problems are key!  Please note, this is a contract-to-hire opportunity with the option to convert to full-time after 3–6 months. What You Will Be Doing: <ul> <li>Get deeply familiar with Bolts platform and product offering</li> <li>Understand and articulate to customers how they will integrate into Bolt Products.</li> <li>Manage the largest and most critical customer on-boarding projects </li> <li>Identify and tackle blockers to getting customers live quickly</li> <li>Communicate and align with internal and external stakeholders </li> <li>Design methods for repeatable project on-boardings that focus on speed and quality</li> <li>Help build internal integration and services ability with our plugin and API driven solutions</li> <li>Provide customers with advice on Bolt products configurations, implementation and design.</li> <li>Document process changes for customers accounting and customer service teams </li> </ul> What Would Set You Up For Success: <ul> <li>5+ years of technical project management in onboarding/Implementation or Customer Success roles.</li> <li>Proven ability to quickly learn new technologies, understand complex systems (APIs, databases, SDKs, etc.), and desire to improve technical acumen</li> <li>Excellent communication skills; comfortable leading meetings with high level decision makers as high as C-level executives.</li> <li>Ability to identify and clearly communicate pragmatic solutions to complex integration problems </li> <li>Ability to navigate ambiguity and make decisions on how to move forward by pulling in the right people. </li> <li>Ideal candidates have either strong academic credentials or experience at a top employer. </li> <li>PMP Certification is a plus</li> <li>Experience working with e-commerce platforms (Salesforce, Magento, BigCommerce) is a plus</li> </ul> Estimated compensation for this role: <ul> <li>Flat monthly fee: $9,166.67 - $10,000/month (all-in, no benefits)</li> <li>Full-time conversion includes RSUs and benefits</li> </ul><div>Benefits Upon Successful Conversion to Full Time Employee: <ul> <li>Comprehensive health coverage: Medical, dental and vision</li> <li>Remote-first workplace</li> <li>Time away: Minimum of 20 days guaranteed PTO, paid holidays + floating holidays, your birthday off!</li> <li>Paid parental leave</li> <li>Competitive Pay</li> <li>Retirement plans</li> <li>Virtual and in-person team &amp; company events</li> </ul> In addition to our core values, Bolt is proud to be an equal opportunity workplace.
