As the Platform Leader, you will play a critical role in ensuring a seamless, unified onboarding and user experience for customers, whether they adopt a single product or our full suite.</div> <h2>What Youll Do: </h2> <p></p> <ul> <li> <div>Define and drive Billtrusts platform strategy, ensuring scalability, usability, and alignment with our product vision.</div> </li> <li> <div>Lead the UI/UX design team, championing intuitive, consistent, and accessible experiences across all touchpoints.</div> </li> <li> <div>Design and drive a connectivity experience, ensuring a seamless integration between our products, our ERP Partners and other, key financial systems.</div> </li> <li> <div>Own digital adoption strategy, leveraging tools like Pendo to guide users, surface insights, and drive engagement.</div> </li> <li> <div>Champion an AI first mindset, focusing on customer challenges and identifying modern solutions fit for purpose.</div> </li> <li> <div>Partner cross-functionally with application product leaders, engineering, sales, marketing, services and the customer organization to deliver a cohesive experience that delights users and accelerates time to value.</div> <div> </div> </li> </ul> <div>This is a high-impact role reporting directly to the Chief Product Officer, with visibility across the executive team and the opportunity to shape how customers experience Billtrust at every stage of their journey</div> <p></p> <p> </p> <h2>What Youll Bring to the Team:</h2> <p></p> <ul> <li> <div>Proven experience owning and scaling platform-level products or services across a multi-product SaaS ecosystem.</div> </li> <li> <div>Ability to define and execute a platform roadmap that supports both internal product teams and external customer needs.</div> </li> <li> <div>Strong understanding of platform architecture, APIs, and integration patterns.</div> </li> <li> <div>Experience managing and mentoring UI/UX design teams.</div> </li> <li> <div>Ability to drive consistency and cohesion across product experiences.</div> </li> <li> <div>Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, especially across product, engineering, GTM, and customer success.</div> </li> <li> <div>Experience aligning platform initiatives with go-to-market and customer success strategies.</div> </li> <li> <div>Ability to balance long-term vision with short-term delivery.</div> </li> <li> <div>Comfortable operating at both executive and tactical levels.</div> </li> </ul> <p></p> <p> </p> <p>The expected base salary range for this position is $225,000 - $280,000 annually.<br />Compensation may vary depending on several factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, experience, competencies, and geographic location. Some roles may qualify for extra incentives like equity, commissions, or other variable performance-related bonuses.
