We are looking for a skilled HR Consultant to join our team, reporting to the Sr. Manager, HR Consulting Services. In this role, you will provide expert HR and Payroll consultation and guidance to our external BambooHR customers. You will be a key player in envisioning and building the BHR Consulting Services, helping clients optimize their HR processes and achieve their business goals. Key Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Customer Support and Engagement: <ul> <li>Serve as a dedicated HR and payroll consultant for external customers, offering tailored solutions to meet their specific needs.</li> <li>Conduct working sessions via video calls, acting as a strategic HR guidance to assist with various HR tasks and projects.</li> <li>Build strong relationships with customers, understanding their challenges and providing coaching and guidance.</li> <li>Partner with HR Technical Trainer to identify and execute the right solution for the customer to achieve their business objectives and optimize their HR Tech Stack including BambooHR.</li> </ul> </li> <li>Change Facilitation: <ul> <li>Act as a change champion, facilitating positive change with teammates, customers, and stakeholders.</li> <li>Influence internal and external partners to innovate and drive our product forward.</li> <li>Encourage and support the adoption of new processes and tools, ensuring smooth transitions and successful outcomes.</li> </ul> </li> <li>Program Participation: <ul> <li>Actively participate in the BambooHR Consulting Services division, contributing to its success and evolution.</li> <li>Capture and document key learnings, customer feedback, and insights to inform future program phases.</li> <li>Collaborate with the Sr. Manager and other team members to refine service offerings and improve customer experiences.</li> </ul> </li> <li>HR Expertise and Guidance: <ul> <li>Work with customers to develop strategies to ensure and maintain compliance.</li> <li>Assist customers with tasks such as onboarding, performance management,  benefits administration, compensation planning, and total rewards  leveraging BambooHR features to enhance customer operations.</li> <li>Ensure compliance with industry standards and legal guidelines, offering insights without providing direct policy advice.</li> </ul> </li> <li>Communication and Reporting: <ul> <li>Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, including notes, data, and feedback.</li> <li>Prepare and deliver regular updates to the Sr. Manager, highlighting key achievements and areas for improvement.</li> <li>Demonstrate clarity and confidence in written and verbal communication, as well as in presentations.</li> </ul> </li> <li>Impact and Value: <ul> <li>Tie efforts to impact and value, clearly articulating the benefits and outcomes of services provided.</li> <li>Use strong persuasion and negotiation skills to influence positive decisions and actions.</li> </ul> </li> </ul> Qualifications: <ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.</li> <li>3+ years of experience in HR consulting, payroll, customer success, or a related field.</li> <li>Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices, particularly in the context of SaaS products like BambooHR.</li> <li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse customers.</li> <li>Problem-solving mindset with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.</li> <li>Customer-focused approach</li> <li>Strong analytical and organizational skills</li> <li>Flexibility and adaptability</li> <li>Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment</li> <li>Proficiency in using HR software and tools</li> <li>Strong persuasion and negotiation skills</li> <li>AI at BambooHR: At BambooHR, we believe in leveraging cutting-edge technology to empower people and transform HR.
