You’re looking for a company where you have the opportunity to pursue your interests and grow professionally.This opportunity is for a temporary contract (2 months), collaborating directly with our client’s engineering team.You bring to Applaudo the following competencies:<ul><li>Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).</li><li>8+ years of professional Java software development.</li><li>4+ years of professional experience with Spring Framework and Spring Boot.</li><li>Strong understanding of Microservices Architecture.</li><li>Experience deploying and managing applications in Azure.</li><li>Hands-on experience with Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) for backend and Azure App Service for frontend.</li><li>Proficiency with Docker for front-end and back-end services.</li><li>Experience working with Application Gateway and Storage Accounts.</li><li>Knowledge of SQL and NoSQL Databases.</li><li>Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and version management systems (Git).</li><li>Experience writing unit tests and following best practices for quality.</li><li>English proficiency is required.</li></ul>You will be accountable for the following responsibilities:<ul><li>Participate in collaborative concept definition, architectural refinement, and software design.</li><li>Develop, maintain, and optimize backend applications using Java and Spring Boot.</li><li>Deploy and manage applications in Azure, leveraging Kubernetes, App Services, and supporting cloud infrastructure.</li><li>Ensure scalability, reliability, and security across microservices.</li><li>Follow agile practices, with the ability to work independently and as part of the agile team.</li><li>Collaborate with QA, design, and DevOps teams to deliver high-quality solutions.</li><li>Contribute to documentation and knowledge sharing throughout the SDLC.</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><h3>Additional Information</h3><div></div>Here at Applaudo Studios values as trust, communication, respect, excellence and team work are our keys to success.
