The Product Manager/Owner will drive development for product capabilities – data cataloguing, metadata and workflow management, issue management, and privacy risk management - focusing on executing the roadmap and strategy for enterprise data governance and data management.With an outcome-first approach our core goals include driving customer satisfaction, engagement, collaboration, and adoption. If that fits your career vision, wed love to hear from you.Primary Responsibilities:<ul><li>Own and execute the product vision and roadmap for product as an enterprise platform</li><li>Collaborate with stakeholders (data stewards, data owners, legal, compliance, and more) to gather requirements and define use cases</li><li>Translate business needs into user stories and acceptance criteria for development teams</li><li>Prioritize the product backlog to deliver maximum business value in alignment with business objectives and goals</li><li>Lead UAT and release management for new features and enhanced capabilities</li><li>Manage integrations between product and other data systems</li><li>Drive adoption and engagement of product across business units through enablement, training, and communication</li><li>Define and monitor KPIs and success metrics to measure effectiveness and usage</li><li>Ensure data governance and data management policies are implemented and embedded in product capabilities</li><li>Advocate for continuous improvement including process standardization and automation</li><li>Lead and manage product support and operations for different product capabilities</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or related field required.</li><li>3+ years of minimum experience in Product Management/Development.</li><li>Experience interacting with scrum teams and understanding of agile practices for product owner.</li><li>Proven track record with implementing product roadmaps and driving adoption.</li><li>Experience with rapid and iterative software development methodologies.</li><li>A solid understanding of data lifecycle</li><li>Self-starter with strong problem-solving and prioritization skills</li><li>Comfortable managing ambiguity and adapting to changing priorities</li><li>Experience with agile product development methodologies and tools (JIRA, Rally, etc.)</li><li>Knowledge of GDPR, ROPA, Privacy Risk Assessment is an advantage</li><li>Knowledge of ‘ServiceNow – Integrated Risk Management &amp; Privacy Management’ product is an advantage</li><li>Knowledge of Application Development Lifecycle is an advantage</li></ul> Salary Range: $123,000.00 to $215,250.00 annually + bonus + benefitsThe above represents the expected salary range for this job requisition.
