The team drives the development of products and software that deliver on business growth while increasing speed to market and modernizing product definition across the Enterprise. The team is also responsible for enhancing customer experience through development and enhancement of UX capabilities to provide ease of use for product assembly and configuration.The PACE team is looking for a talented and driven Senior Manager – Digital Product Management/Owner role to lead the transformation of product definition, and Enterprise adoption through leveraging our POA capabilities globally.This role will lead Product Discovery, understanding the ‘who’, ‘why’, ‘what’ in collaboration with a multitude of cross functional product, business, and engineering stakeholders to define requirements, strategy, and ensure there are clear &amp; measurable outcomes to enable Enterprise alignment to our strategy. We are looking for someone with great business acumen, a love of technology, and strong agile product management skills. You will be working with our local markets, to understand and support the definition and documentation of the Roadmap, Product Vision, mapping features/stories to the needs of the business and ensuring product delivery meets the business need.  You will work with one or more scrum teams, align with other Product Owners/Managers, Project Managers, and Engineers across the globe to prioritize the backlog, develop user stories, and collaborate to deliver on product domain initiatives. Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Works with customers, key partners, and colleagues to define a product vision and strategy that is aligned with the high-level product roadmap</li><li>Understands and applies new trends and market standard methodologies</li><li>Communicates and build consensus across disciplines in crafting the product roadmap</li><li>Work with leadership to define and articulate a long-term product strategy and roadmap with clearly defined business metrics and targets</li><li>Support development of appropriate tracking and reporting to track product performance post launch to evaluate future investment</li><li>Identify risks, challenges, opportunities, and business integration needs</li><li>Enable cross-functional collaboration with relevant teams within the product scope</li><li>Translates product roadmap into well-defined product requirements/user stories and acceptance test criteria</li><li>Leads and mentor’s product owners</li><li>In conjunction with the Director, support the creation of a Product Backlog for a specific product</li><li>Prioritizes and maintains the sprint backlog consistent with the Outcomes and Product Roadmap and performs story elaboration with the implementation team</li><li>Partner with the design and technology teams to develop, test and deliver the defined capabilities and rapidly iterate new solutions</li><li>Reviews and accepts completed user stories</li><li>Reviews/demonstrates sprint-related or general functionality with external partners and customers, including the Director of Product Management and other colleagues</li><li>Coordinates communications and facilitates resolution of risks, issues, and changes tied to the product backlog </li></ul>Minimum Qualifications:<ul><li>5+ years of experience in Product Management with proven track record in defining winning product constructs and delivering a product vision and strategy</li><li>Experience with rapid and iterative software development methodologies</li><li>Proven track record managing large, complex products with multiple partners</li></ul>·       Strong experience in Software Product development and delivering on a product roadmap<ul><li>Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with all levels within organization, internally and externally</li><li>Experience with Agile and scrum software development methodologies is desirable</li><li>Excellent communication and collaboration skills to consult with various stakeholders and drive to thorough requirements</li><li>Experience in writing customer journeys, user stories, features in an easy to understand, non-technical manner</li><li>Strong analytical skills. Shown experience in data analysis and analytical decision-making, with preference for consumer services products</li><li>Problem solving, attention to detail, excellent organizational skills</li><li>Project management skills, ability to prioritize and complete tasks</li><li>Bachelor’s Degree desirable or equivalent experience</li><li>Knowledge of APIs is desirable but not essential</li><li>Ability to support or leading large, complex features or products with multiple partners</li><li>Experience working with rapid and iterative development teams strongly desired</li><li>Financial product acumen</li><li>Product Management Experience in managing Full Stack Development teams</li><li>AI in UX is a plus</li></ul> TWA - Salary Range: AXP employees will maintain their current salary and be eligible for a completion bonus at the end of the temporary work assignment.  The completion bonus is up to 5% base salary for laterals in band and up to 10% base salary for stretch assignments. The completion bonus amount will also be pro-rated to reflect the length of the assignment.The above represents the expected salary range for this job requisition.
