Your role and impact: As the Sr. Director of Engineering at Affinity, you will report to the CTO and lead the development of our innovative CRM and Sourcing products. This represents the salary range that Affinity believes, in good faith, at the time of this posting, that it will pay for the posted job.  A reasonable estimate of the current range is $200,000 to $337,365 USD.
