We’re looking for a passionate German-speaking Technical Consultant to join our Vienna team! You’ll focus on project-based work across various accounts, becoming an expert on the Adverity platform. If you have a digital marketing background and enjoy simplifying complex customer needs, then this is an ideal position for you.This is a full-time hybrid role based at our headquarters in Vienna office, where we’d love to see you 1–2 times per week.<h3>Some of the things you’ll work on:</h3><ul> <li>Act as the primary technical advisor for our customers on all aspects of the Adverity platform, including solution architecture and feature usage. </li> <li>Lead the technical onboarding of new clients by configuring data connectors, writing SQL queries, developing Python scripts, and integrating third-party APIs. </li> <li>Provide deployment advisory services and best practice recommendations for data pipelines, transformations, and platform configurations .</li> <li>Take a consultative approach to ensure customers get the most out of our platform, translating complex technical requirements into effective solutions. </li> <li> Monitor and measure customer engagement to gather feedback and suggest product and service improvements. </li> <li>Collaborate with the Account Management team to support upselling and expansion opportunities through technical product demonstrations. </li> <li>Contribute to our team’s knowledge-sharing culture by organising and participating in regular technical sessions. </li> </ul><h3>We’re excited if you have:</h3><ul> <li> 2–3 years of relevant work experience in a SaaS, data integration, or digital marketing technology environment (e.g., media agency or tech company).</li> <li>Proven experience in technically onboarding and training clients on software platforms, with a strong IT affinity, analytical skills, and a problem-solving mindset. </li> <li>Hands-on proficiency with advanced Excel skills and KPI reporting, as well as experience in digital marketing reporting. </li> <li> A good understanding of digital marketing or advertising data and analytics (e.g., performance metrics, campaign data).</li> <li>Experience with upselling or supporting account teams from a technical perspective. </li> <li>A customer-focused team player with empathy, a positive attitude, and excellent communication, organisation, and time-management skills. </li> <li> Fluency in both English and German is a must for this role. </li> </ul><h3>Why you’ll love it here:</h3><ul> <li>Flexible working hours and home-office </li> <li>Internal shares program (EDPP) </li> <li>Lunch allowance for our in-house restaurant</li> <li>Ergonomic workspace and cutting edge technology</li> <li>Budget for job relevant training</li> <li>Regular team events (also remote)</li> <li>Modern and stylish office in the heart of Vienna</li> <li>Sustainable merch for all employees</li> <li>Adverity Social Responsibility Days (+2 days paid off)</li> </ul><h3>Are you ready to apply?</h3>If this position is filled in Vienna, the minimum yearly salary denoted for legal reasons and according to the collective agreement (IT KV) is €44,450.
