Were growing quickly and would love for you to be a part of it!  About the Role: We are seeking a visionary and results-driven Operational Efficiency Manager to lead enterprise-wide and department specific intitiatives focused on driving greatly improved operational efficiency and overall improved operational performance. Reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer, this role will lead a highly visible enterprise effort to work cross-functionally to identify inefficiencies, implement innovative solutions —with a focus on leveraging technology including a specific spike on leveraging Generative AI (GenAI)—and foster a culture of continuous improvement.  The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker, a skilled change agent, and a collaborative leader who thrives in dynamic environments and is passionate about leveraging emerging technologies to transform operations with a meniacle focus on improved outcomes.   You Will:  Strategy &amp; Governance  <ul> <li>Develop and execute a multi-year operational efficiency strategy aligned with Abacus Insights growth and margin objectives. </li> </ul> <ul> <li>Establish governance for intake, prioritization, and execution of efficiency and automation initiatives. </li> </ul> <ul> <li>Drive high-level business case development to justify investments with clear ROI articulation </li> </ul> <ul> <li>Define standards for process mapping, value modeling, and benefits realization. </li> </ul> <ul> <li>Set near-term goals, in partnership with functional leads, and create actionable plans to realize targeted efficiency improvements over near-term time horizons. </li> </ul> Technology &amp; GenAI Automation Enablement  <ul> <li>Lead the identification technology-drive, including GenAI, automation solutions across business functions. </li> </ul> <ul> <li>Partner closely with functional leaders to deploy solutions at enterprise scale. </li> </ul> <ul> <li>Partner with Information Security and Engineering to implement custom and off-the-shelf tools. </li> </ul> <ul> <li>Ensure solutions are secure, compliant, and scalable, with robust monitoring and telemetry, including utilization of tools.  </li> </ul> Change Management &amp; Adoption  <ul> <li>Drive structured change management programs to ensure adoption of new tools and processes. </li> </ul> <ul> <li>Serve as the visible advocate for change, communicating progress and success stories across the organization. </li> </ul> Community of Practice &amp; Knowledge Management  <ul> <li>Launch and lead an Operational Efficiency Community of Practice to share best practices and reusable assets. </li> </ul> <ul> <li>Build and maintain a knowledge repository of playbooks, templates, and case studies. </li> </ul> Measurement &amp; Impact  <ul> <li>Define and maintain an impact scorecard to track efficiency gains and adoption metrics; monitor impact vs. business cases / estimated impact.  </li> </ul> <ul> <li>Partner with Finance to validate benefits and translate them into margin improvement. </li> </ul> <ul> <li>Report progress to the COO and executive leadership team on a regular cadence. </li> </ul>   What Were Looking For:  <ul> <li>8+ years in operations, process improvement, or technology-enabled transformation. </li> </ul> <ul> <li>Proven track record of delivering measurable operational improvements and cost savings. </li> </ul> <ul> <li>Deep hands-on experience with automation and GenAI technologies at production with quantified impacts. </li> </ul> <ul> <li>Strong change management and stakeholder engagement skills. </li> </ul> <ul> <li>Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to problem-solving and decision-making. </li> </ul> <ul> <li>Excellent leadership and cross-funcitonal indirect management skills. </li> </ul> <ul> <li>Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and persuasively. </li> </ul> <ul> <li>Strategic thinker with the ability to develop business cases with quantified ROI  </li> </ul> <ul> <li>Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams. </li> </ul> <ul> <li>Roll up your sleeves mentality working side-by-side with your team.</li> </ul> <ul> <li>Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment. </li> </ul> Nice to Have:  <ul> <li>Experience in healthcare technology or payer/provider ecosystems. </li> <li>Lean Six Sigma or similar process improvement certification. </li> </ul> Equal Opportunity Employer  As a mission-led technology company helping to drive better healthcare outcomes, Abacus Insights believes that the best innovation and value we can bring to our customers comes from diverse ideas, thoughts, experiences, and perspectives.
