The Team &amp; Role Zuora Command Center, which enables Zuora admins to expedite monetization strategies and stay ahead of potential issues. It provides IT and engineering leaders one place to monitor all mission-critical activities and accelerate deployments for new products, pricing, and processes in Zuora.   This is a location specific position that requires you to come into the office regularly to be most effective.  Our Tech Stack: Java, Spring, Rest API, Microservices, Kafka, Spark, NodeJS, AWS, Kubernetes, Terraform, ReactJS  What you’ll do <ul> <li>Independently responsible for the entire lifecycle of projects or features including eng design, development, and deployment.</li> <li>Improve code structure and architecture in service of testability and maintainability.</li> <li>Write, co-write, and review technical design documentation.</li> <li>Participate in cross-team design reviews and provide technical oversight to improve execution and system robustness.</li> <li>Assists and mentors junior engineers on an individual basis.</li> </ul> Your experience <ul> <li>6+ years of experience in software engineering</li> <li>Working knowledge of modern web technologies including cloud-based APIs and protocols (REST, JSON, Protobufs)</li> <li>Understanding of microservices frameworks (Spring Boot or Dropwizard)</li> <li>Experience developing SaaS/enterprise solutions with database and object modeling skills</li> <li>Passion for exploring and experimenting with the latest application development technologies </li> <li>Expert level experience with Java/Spring,  data structures and algorithms, building large-scale performance services. </li> <li>Excellent Problem Solving and communication skills</li> <li>Passion for exploring and experimenting with the latest application development technologies</li> </ul> Nice to haves: <ul> <li>Knowledge and experience in the CRM or Billing domain or ERP Finance/Accounting software</li> </ul> #ZEOLife at Zuora As an industry pioneer, our work is constantly evolving and challenging us in new ways that require us to think differently, iterate often and learn constantly—it’s exciting.
