This is a remote position based in Illinois, however, occasional travel to customer sites and internal events may be required. Reporting to the Sales Engineering Director, you’ll be responsible for:</p> <ul> <li>Hiring and developing the sales engineering team.</li> <li>Refining the sales engineering processes such as discovery, technical qualification and proof-of-concept.</li> <li>Developing solution and customer proposals and deliver product and solution demonstrations</li> <li>Providing advice and support response to requests for proposals (RFPs), i.e. present recommendations and associated benefits to clients.</li> <li>Collaborating with a variety of our teams to ensure solutions are implemented and supported following client expectations.</li> </ul> <h3><strong>What We’re Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Bachelors Degree in Engineering or a related field or equivalent experience.</li> <li>10+ years of experience in sales engineering or systems engineering with at least 5 years managing and directing a sales engineering team.</li> <li>Excellent knowledge and prior experience selling network security technologies.</li> </ul> <h3><strong>What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Participate in regional industry events and with other organizations as subject matter expert.</li> <li>Project management skills.</li> </ul> <p>#LI-BG2</p> <p>#LI-remote</p><div><div><div><p>Zscaler’s salary ranges are benchmarked and are determined by role and level.
