Employees/Applicants must either possess the applicable clearance or be able to obtain it prior to commencing employment and maintain such clearance as needed throughout employment.</em></strong></p> <p>We’re looking for an Alternate Facility Security Officer (AFSO) to join our Public Sector division. Reporting to the Facility Security Officer (FSO), you will be responsible for:</p> <ul> <li>Processing and tracking security clearance investigations, including assisting new employees with completing eApp, SF-86 forms via NBIS</li> <li>Conducting security briefings, debriefings, and awareness training for personnel, including updates Insider Threat, Espionage, Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI), and International Travel Training</li> <li>Executing and overseeing compliance with SEAD-3 reporting requirements</li> <li>Managing outgoing visit requests and certifications using the Defense Information System for Security (DISS)</li> <li>Assisting with facility reviews, inspections, and self-assessments to ensure adherence to security regulations</li> </ul> <p><strong>What We’re Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)</strong></p> <ul> <li>3+ years of AFSO or FSO experience</li> <li>Completion of applicable DCSA training and FSO courses, including required training from STEPP</li> <li>Minimum DoD Secret Clearance; ability to obtain a TS level clearance</li> <li>Experience in NISP implementation and NISPOM requirements. Proven experience in all aspects of the security disciplines including personnel, physical, operations, industrial, communications, and information Experience with communications security (COMSEC) a plus</li> <li>Ability to interpret and implement security policy, provide guidance, and assist company personnel</li> </ul> <p><strong>What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)</strong></p> <ul> <li>Familiarity with government systems of record, including DISS, NBIS, and NISS</li> <li>Experience updating and maintaining annual security processes and procedures as well as comprehensive knowledge of pertinent government forms, such as DD Form 254, SF-328 and SF-312</li> <li>Experience with DOE clearances and processes</li> </ul> <p>#LI-Hybrid</p> <p>#LI-EV1</p><div><div><div><p>Zscaler’s salary ranges are benchmarked and are determined by role and level.
