Not just any customer, but high value exchange relationships where customers derive immense value from our products, and in turn generate great value for our business.  </span></div><h3>A day in the life...</h3><ul><li>Generating <b>key insight</b> from data and then using this insight to <b>drive growth </b>across all channels <b>owned</b> (think: in-product, existing customer base etc.), <b>earned</b> (think: referrals, SEO etc.) and<b> paid</b> (think: digital marketing)  </li><li><b>Help build valuation models </b>that predict the lifetime value of customers, analyse our marketing the funnel and how changes in our marketing impacts acquisition rates and the quality of customers we attract, as well as how we can maximize return on marketing investments with an eye towards proving incrementality</li><li>Support in building and pushing out a plan to <b>integrate AI</b> into our <b>marketing strategy,</b> to improve our content generation and the way we analyse our data to work out how to get the best deals to the right people at the best time! </li><li>Creating and driving forward strategies to move Zopa customers from single-product holders to people engaging with and evangelising Zopa’s many offerings </li><li>Working with our marketing and developer teams to <b>support Zopa’s paid/digital marketing strategy </b>– a new frontier for our company that has previously utilised aggregators to grow </li><li><b>Problem solving </b>together with software engineers, product designers and our operational teams to build the best possible customer experiences </li><li>Working <b>collaboratively </b>with Compliance, Brand, Finance and other key stakeholders to assess feasibility and implications of initiatives </li><li>Working on <b>growth initiatives</b>, monitoring key metrics, identifying improvement <b>opportunities</b>, and proposing solutions </li><li>Working on technical initiatives, building an understanding of the system and key integrations with other teams  </li></ul><h3>About you...</h3><ul><li>Some experience in a<b> challenging, fast-paced environment</b> (e.g. start-up, banking, consulting) </li><li>Youre <b>analytical </b>and have excellent attention to detail</li><li>You have a <b>quantitative background</b> and you’re a natural at turning data into insight that supports decision making. If you’ve got previous experience using SQL or Python to analyse data, even better! </li><li>You can <b>communicate </b>your insights succinctly and <b>influence</b> upwards, downwards and sideways  </li><li>You are <b>empathetic</b>. You do the right thing for customers, even if it’s the more challenging option </li><li>You’re a <b>self-starter</b>.
