This is an opportunity to build a zero-to-one business inside of a highly scaled public company, collaborating with a close-knit multi-functional startup team and making a direct impact on the business.</p> <p><strong>What you will do:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Build and ship new features for the next-gen ZoomInfo Talent app while helping maintain and improve existing functionality.</li> <li>Take ownership of projects from idea through delivery — designing, coding, testing, and iterating quickly.</li> <li>Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to understand business requirements and translate them into effective solutions.</li> <li>Balance speed and best practices — knowing when to polish and when to deliver value fast.</li> <li>Dive into new technologies and unfamiliar areas with curiosity and persistence.</li> </ul> <p><strong>What you will bring:</strong></p> <ul> <li>A minimum of 2 years hands-on software development experience </li> <li>Solid experience with at least one backend technology (<a href="http://node.js">Node.js</a>, Python, Java, or similar).</li> <li>Familiarity with modern front-end frameworks (React, Angular, or similar).</li> <li>Exposure to relational or document databases (Postgres, MySQL, MongoDB, etc.).</li> <li>Strong interpersonal skills — you value collaboration, give and receive feedback well, and can explain your thinking clearly.</li> <li>A product mindset: you’re curious about how recruiting works and motivated by connecting job candidates with recruiters.</li> <li>A growth mindset: you’re excited to learn, adapt, and take on challenges outside your comfort zone.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Advantages</strong>:</p> <ul> <li>Experience using AI/LLMs models or APIs in a production environment</li> <li>Familiarity with event-driven architecture and distributed systems.</li> <li>Previous exposure to scaling systems or working in fast-moving environments.</li> <li>Demonstrated initiative.</li> </ul> <p><br /><br /></p><div><div><div><p>Actual compensation offered will be based on factors such as the candidate’s work location, qualifications, skills, experience and/or training.
