You will be the #1 storyteller, supported by an AI engine that can scale your vision, creating the 1 piece of content out of 100 that drives 80% of our impact.</p> <h3><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></h3> <ul> <li><strong>Market and Competitor Analysis</strong>: Conduct deep market research and competitive analysis to stay ahead of trends, understanding not just <em>what</em> is happening in the market, but <em>why</em> and <em>how</em> momentum builds for breakout products.</li> <li><strong>Product Positioning &amp; Messaging</strong>: Develop globally resonant, AI-enhanced positioning and storytelling that differentiates ZoomInfo and sparks adoption across audiences.</li> <li><strong>GTM Strategy</strong>: Plan and execute global GTM strategies for launches and updates, using AI-driven insights to optimize reach, resonance, and results.</li> <li><strong>Content Leadership</strong>: Identify and create high-impact content that blends creativity and analytics, knowing that one exceptional asset can outperform hundreds of average ones.</li> <li><strong>Growth &amp; Retention</strong>: Partner with growth, sales, and product teams to design acquisition, engagement, and retention strategies fueled by product-led growth and AI personalization.</li> <li><strong>AI-Driven Feedback Loops</strong>: Build continuous feedback systems between users, product, and marketing - leveraging AI to uncover patterns and inform product and GTM evolution.</li> <li><strong>Sales Enablement</strong>: Equip the sales team with high-impact, AI-powered tools and narratives that sharpen pitches and close deals faster.</li> <li><strong>Performance Optimization</strong>: Apply a test-and-learn approach, using A/B testing and funnel optimization to turn insights into measurable impact.</li> </ul> <h3><strong>What You Bring</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.</li> <li>7+ years in product marketing, ideally in PLG or SaaS with proven experience building AI-enabled marketing strategies.</li> <li>Deep network and presence in top GTM, RevOps, and marketing communities; naturally attuned to emerging product trends.</li> <li>Proven ability to build and scale from concept to global execution with equal comfort in high-level strategy and hands-on detail work.</li> <li>Exceptional storytelling ability with a strong grasp of both the creative and analytical sides of marketing.</li> <li>Expertise in market research, segmentation, and competitive positioning.</li> <li>Strong project management skills and the ability to lead multiple high-impact initiatives in parallel.</li> <li>Proficiency in marketing and analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, Amplitude, Salesforce) and familiarity with AI-driven content and GTM tools.</li> <li>A growth mindset driven by curiosity, iteration, and continuous improvement.</li> </ul> <p>#LI-PS1  #LI-hybrid  #LI-remote</p> <p> </p><div><div><div><p>Actual compensation offered will be based on factors such as the candidate’s work location, qualifications, skills, experience and/or training.
