<p><b>What you can expect</b><br />In this role, youll be the primary technical resource, translating desired business outcomes into solution<br />designs, ensuring functional and technical requirements.</p><p><br /><b>About the Team</b><br />Were looking for a Professional Services Project Engineer to design and deploy Zoom Customer Experience implementations Virtual Agent, Contact Center and Workforce Engagement Management solutions.</p><p><br /><b>Responsibilities</b></p><ul><li>Designing, configuring and deploying Zoom Contact Center, WFM, QM, and AI solutions in customer environments, ensuring alignment with business requirements and technical specifications</li><li>Leading high-complexity projects with multiple dependencies, proactively managing risk and ensuring solution quality through structured testing and validation</li><li>Delivering enterprise-level design and solutions, establishing technical standards and best practices for the team</li><li>Executing projects with full autonomy, demonstrating sound judgment when identifying and escalating risks or gaps to appropriate stakeholders</li><li>Staying updated on Zooms rapid feature development across our delivered product set, translating new capabilities into high-value outcomes for customers</li><li>Creating comprehensive documentation for solutions, designs, and action items that serves as reference for customers and internal teams</li><li>Conducting discovery workshops and technical assessments to support Professional Services sales and scoping activities for services Statement of work</li><li>Serving as a technical liaison between customers, product teams, and support organizations to ensure seamless implementation and knowledge transfer</li></ul><p><br /><b>What we’re looking for</b></p><p></p><ul><li>Advanced knowledge of UCaaS/CCaaS and/or Virtual Agent technologies, including AI-driven customer experience solutions</li><li>Minimum of 8 years of project engineering technical experience with Customer Experience solutions (Contact Center, Workforce Engagement, Virtual Agents), with at least 5 years of customer-facing experience</li><li>Knowledge of SIP Protocol, RESTful APIs, WebRTC, and modern SSO/identity management technologies</li><li>Experience configuring SBCs, SIP trunks, voice gateways, and cloud telephony integrations</li><li>Experience with CRM integrations (Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, ServiceNow, Hubspot, Zendesk)</li><li>Experience with data analytics and reporting tools to measure contact center performance and customer experience metrics</li><li>Knowledge of compliance requirements and security best practices for contact center environments (GDPR, HIPAA, PCI-DSS)</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Salary Range or On Target Earnings:</b></p><p></p><p>Minimum:</p>$97,600.00<p></p><p>Maximum:</p>$225,700.00<p></p><p><span>In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus and equity value.</span></p><p></p><p><span>Note: Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications &amp; experience.</span></p><p></p><p><span>We also have a location based compensation structure;  there may be a different range for candidates in this and other locations</span></p><p><span>At Zoom, we offer a window of at least 5 days for you to apply because we believe in giving you every opportunity.
