<div><p><b>What you can expect</b><br />As a Technical Sales Architect focused on Developer Platform &amp; Integrations, you will partner with the Zoom<br />Developer team to help define how Zooms platform connects with the broader enterprise technology<br />ecosystem. Youll serve as the integration SME and ultimate escalation point for pre-sales engineers, helping<br />connect the dots between Zooms developer platform, AI capabilities, workflows, and third-party integrations.</p><p><br /><b>About the Team</b><br />The Technical Sales Architecture (TSA) team at Zoom is foundational in shaping and delivering trusted<br />technical solutions for our customers. We work closely with product, sales, engineering, and customer<br />experience teams to ensure our platform meets the dynamic needs of diverse industries. TSAs bring technical<br />expertise and leadership to support our field teams and drive long-term customer value.</p><p><br /><b>Responsibilities</b></p><ul><li>Enabling pre-sales engineers on integration architecture, minimizing customer escalations while ensuring field teams can position platform capabilities.</li><li>Guiding customer architecture decisions related to Zoom developer best practices and third-party system integration.</li><li>Maintaining fluency in modern integration methods including iPaaS platforms, workflow automation, agent frameworks, and emerging standards such as MCP and agent-to-agent protocols.</li><li>Collaborating with product and engineering teams to gather market feedback and help connect capabilities across Zoom Developer platform, AI platform, and workflows.</li><li>Developing and delivering enablement content including training sessions, demos, reference architectures, and technical deep-dives.</li><li>Representing Zoom in customer briefings and technical discussions focused on Zoom platform extensibility.</li></ul><p><b>What we’re looking for</b></p><ul><li>3–5+ years in customer-facing technical roles including solutions architecture, sales engineering, or integration specialist work, with demonstrated experience in platform integrations and API architecture.</li><li>Good understanding of integration architecture, data flow, and iPaaS platforms (Workato, Zapier, n8n, etc.).</li><li>Demonstrate ability in writing code and scripting (Python, JavaScript, or similar) with ability to read, debug, and discuss technical implementations.</li><li>AI fluency demonstrated through adoption of AI-assisted development tools (Cursor, Claude Code, etc.) and understanding of MCP, agent frameworks, and workflow orchestration patterns.</li><li>Able to present complex architectures clearly to both technical and business audiences.</li></ul></div><p></p><p><b>Salary Range or On Target Earnings:</b></p><p></p><p>Minimum:</p>$174,500.00<p></p><p>Maximum:</p>$389,400.00<p></p><p><span>In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus and equity value.</span></p><p></p><p><span>Note: Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications &amp; experience.</span></p><p></p><p><span>We also have a location based compensation structure;  there may be a different range for candidates in this and other locations</span></p><p><span>At Zoom, we offer a window of at least 5 days for you to apply because we believe in giving you every opportunity.
