This position will partner with Zoom’s Product Managers to elicit business requirements and collaborate with multiple technology teams, driving solutions to improve Zoom’s customer adoption. We work with product managers, operations, including sales, channel, finance, billing, and pricing teams across Zoom.</span></p><p></p><p></p><p><b>Responsibilities</b></p><ul><li><p>Building cross-functional relationships as SME and advisor on new product sales and GTM processes, including Lead to Cash, Subscription Billing, and User Licensing.</p></li><li><p>Leading Product Launch partnerships to uncover needs and gather system change requirements with PMs, Sales Ops, Enablement, Finance, and FP&amp;A.</p></li><li><p>Gathering and translate cross-functional business requirements into functional designs, user stories, and process flows.</p></li><li><p>Designing and deliver end-to-end solutions across CPQ, Billing, Provisioning, AR, and Subscription systems.</p></li><li><p>Defining and manage integration flows across Salesforce, Zuora, Oracle ERP and related platforms.</p></li><li><p>Leading testing lifecycle including UAT planning, issue triage, and stakeholder sign-off to ensure high-quality releases.</p></li><li><p>Collaborating with our Engineering technology teams to define functional requirements, process flow diagrams and actionable tasks in an agile environment.</p></li></ul><p></p><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><p><b>What we’re looking for</b></p><ul><li><p>Hold a BS in Computer Science, Management of Information Systems, or equivalent</p></li><li><p>Have 12–15 years of experience in business systems analysis and/or solution architecture.</p></li><li><p>Have extensive domain knowledge of Lead-to-Cash, Subscription Billing, and Q2C processes.</p></li><li><p>Have hands-on experience with Salesforce, Zuora and/or Oracle Financials</p></li><li><p>Have experience collaborating with business stakeholders, solution architects, developers and testers to drive end-to-end solutions</p></li><li><p>Have experience with supporting technologies such as JIRA, Confluence, Figma, Lucidchart</p></li><li><p>Be proficient in SQL and process modeling (UML, swim lanes, wireframes).</p></li><li><p>Have extensive communication and stakeholder management skills.</p></li></ul></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div><p></p><p><b>Salary Range or On Target Earnings:</b></p><p></p><p>Minimum:</p>$124 000,00<p></p><p>Maximum:</p>$271 200,00<p></p><p><span>In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus and equity value.</span></p><p></p><p><span>Note: Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications &amp; experience.</span></p><p></p><p><span>We also have a location based compensation structure;  there may be a different range for candidates in this and other locations</span></p><p><span>At Zoom, we offer a window of at least 5 days for you to apply because we believe in giving you every opportunity.
