In this role, you’ll work closely with frontend engineers and product managers to develop features that bring the power of AI into real user workflows. The team continues to push the boundaries of communication technology, bringing people together regardless of their physical distance.</p><p></p><p><b>Responsibilities</b></p><ul><li><p>Building next-generation AI First products for AI Docs and AI Office</p></li><li><p>Exploring Agent Reasoning and Agentic RAG technologies, optimize Deep Research patterns for complex queries, achieve long-text understanding and cross-document information integration</p></li><li><p>Being responsible for the design, development, and maintenance of AI application backend systems, ensuring high availability, scalability, and performance</p></li><li><p>Building AI APIs/Agents and related services, integrating AI capabilities into core products.</p></li><li><p>Ensuring observability, reliability, and security of AI services.</p></li><li><p>Participating in architecture reviews, technical design, and code reviews to maintain high engineering quality standards.</p></li><li><p>Exploring continuously  and introduce new technologies and frameworks to optimize product experiences in AI scenarios.</p></li></ul><p><br /><b>What we’re looking for</b></p><ul><li><p>Have Bachelor´s or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields.</p></li><li><p>3+ years of backend development experience, proficient in mainstream languages such as Go/Python/Node.js/Java, with knowledge of distributed systems, microservice architecture, databases, caching, and cloud-native technologies.</p></li><li><p>Have Deep understanding and practical experience with Agents, familiar with mainstream Agent frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, etc.</p></li><li><p>Have excellent problem analysis and solving abilities, deep sense of responsibility and ownership; ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (AI, frontend, product).</p></li><li><p>Have experience with online document/Office-related AI applications preferred</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Salary Range or On Target Earnings:</b></p><p></p><p>Minimum:</p>$98.900,00<p></p><p>Maximum:</p>$228.700,00<p></p><p><span>In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus and equity value.</span></p><p></p><p><span>Note: Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications &amp; experience.</span></p><p></p><p><span>We also have a location based compensation structure;  there may be a different range for candidates in this and other locations</span></p><p><span>At Zoom, we offer a window of at least 5 days for you to apply because we believe in giving you every opportunity.
