<p><b>What you can expect</b></p><p>As the Social Media Lead at Zoom, you will be responsible for developing and executing the companys organic and boosted brand social media marketing strategies. Additionally, you will be driving brand awareness through targeted campaigns and activations. This position will report to the Head of Brand &amp; Activation.</p><p></p><p><b>About the Team</b></p><p>We are a high-impact, cross-functional team focused on building programs that connect brand and media performance to business growth. We unify brand marketing, partnerships, flagship events, social media, and paid media into one cohesive strategy—designed to drive awareness, adoption, retention and pipeline growth across the Zoom portfolio. Our work spans the full funnel of the customer lifecycle, and we stay relentlessly focused on outcomes and business impact.</p><p></p><p><b>Responsibilities</b></p><ul><li><p>Developing and implement owned and earned B2B and B2C social media strategy in support of Zooms brand, products, partners, and campaigns.</p></li><li><p>Planning and delivering social media campaigns and assets, including writing creative briefs and managing the review process for agency and in-house creative partners, and/or creating assets directly when needed.</p></li><li><p>Collaborating with cross-functional teams including brand marketing, paid media, product marketing, creative, partner marketing, PR, and our C-Suite executives to develop and execute social content that drives engagement and awareness.</p></li><li><p>Managing organic social media posting and maintain content calendars across including LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, Threads, Facebook, X, and Reddit.</p></li><li><p>Overseeing paid boosted content strategy and influencer campaigns.</p></li><li><p>Staying on top of trends, best practices, and innovations in the social media marketing space and apply learnings to help our brand deliver cutting edge social media strategies.</p></li><li><p>Analyzing performance metrics via social management platform tools to optimize content for maximum impact.</p></li><li><p>Building out weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance reports and ad-hoc social listening reports to share with senior leadership and cross-functional partners.</p></li><li><p>Mentoring and coaching other social team members as needed.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>What we’re looking for</b></p><ul><li><p>Have a Bachelors in Marketing, Communications, or other related field</p></li><li><p>8+ years of experience in social media, ideally with a major brand.</p></li><li><p>Have experience managing agency relationships and negotiating contracts</p></li><li><p>Possess a good understanding of influencer marketing and how best to partner with content creators</p></li><li><p>Have analytical, data-driven skills and experience with social media analytics tools</p></li><li><p>Possess the ability to work in a dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously</p></li><li><p>Have a passion for social media and keeping up with the latest trends and best practices</p></li><li><p>Have excellent written and verbal communication skills</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Salary Range or On Target Earnings:</b></p><p></p><p>Minimum:</p>$97,600.00<p></p><p>Maximum:</p>$225,700.00<p></p><p><span>In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus and equity value.</span></p><p></p><p><span>Note: Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications &amp; experience.</span></p><p></p><p><span>We also have a location based compensation structure;  there may be a different range for candidates in this and other locations</span></p><p><span>At Zoom, we offer a window of at least 5 days for you to apply because we believe in giving you every opportunity.
