You will get the opportunity to work with extreme levels of trust, and also collaborate across countless programs at Zoom to find success in your work and in investigations.</span></p></div><h1></h1><p></p><p><b>Responsibilities:</b></p><ul><li><p><span>Develop, maintain, and improve automation workflows that support security and operational processes.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Work with cloud-native/serverless infrastructure to design and deploy scalable solutions.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Integrate systems and tools through REST APIs and related technologies.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Write, review, and troubleshoot Python-based automation code (with some exposure to JavaScript).</span></p></li><li><p><span>Manage secrets, credentials, and configurations securely within cloud environments.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for automation and efficiency.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Document processes, workflows, and technical details to ensure knowledge transfer and continuity.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Assist the Insider Risk Mitigation Program as needed across investigations and critical monitoring spaces.</span></p></li></ul><h1></h1><p></p><p><b>What we’re looking for:</b></p><p></p><div><p><u>Required Qualifications:</u></p></div><ul><li><p><span>5+ years of professional experience in IT, security, or related technical fields.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Ability to apply critical thinking to fast moving problems and create progress in their solutions.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Hands-on experience with Python (ability to read and write code, not just scripts).</span></p></li><li><p><span>Familiarity with cloud infrastructure, ideally AWS (Lambda, SNS, API Gateway, EventBridge, Secrets Manager).</span></p></li><li><p><span>Experience working with REST APIs and integration tools (e.g., Postman).</span></p></li><li><p><span>Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently without rigid engineering structures.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Growth mindset with the ability to learn new technologies quickly.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Knowledge of SIEM platforms and query languages.</span></p></li></ul><p><br /> </p><div><p><u>Preferred Qualifications:</u></p></div><ul><li><p><span>Experience with JavaScript in addition to Python.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Apply query languages, including CrowdStrike Query Language (CQL), for security event analysis and monitoring.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Prior exposure to server-less/cloud-native engineering practices.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Understanding of security tools and general IT systems.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Experience with GitOps and CI/CD implementation.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Experience in IaC (Terraform).</span></p></li><li><p><span>Experience with automation in a security or operations context.</span></p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Salary Range or On Target Earnings:</b></p><p></p><p>Minimum:</p>$98,900.00<p></p><p>Maximum:</p>$228,700.00<p></p><p><span>In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus and equity value.</span></p><p></p><p><span>Note: Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications &amp; experience.</span></p><p></p><p><span>We also have a location based compensation structure;  there may be a different range for candidates in this and other locations</span></p><p><span>At Zoom, we offer a window of at least 5 days for you to apply because we believe in giving you every opportunity.
