Thus ensuring businesses harness the full potential of virtual collaboration.</span></p></div><div><p></p><p><b>Responsibilities</b></p></div><ul><li><p><span>Enabling the Zoom partners to sell the Zoom platform solutions to new and existing customers.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Developing and maintaining relationships with key decision-makers at these partners.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Collaborating with account managers, technical architects, and other team members to develop and execute strategies for achieving sales goals.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Aligning with the Zoom Sales Leaders to ensure the channel partners are providing value to help grow their business.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Conducting product demonstrations and presentations for customers, both in person and virtually</span></p></li><li><p><span>Developing standardized methodologies for partner sales motions that remove friction across the sales cycle, build trust, and ensure partner success with Zoom technology.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Forecasting, tracking key account metrics and identifying trends.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Demonstrating exceptional customer service consistently</span></p></li><li><p><span>Able to be in Region 4-5 days per week with Partners</span></p></li></ul><div><p></p><p><b>What we’re looking for</b></p></div><ul><li><p><span>5+ years in a Channel Role</span></p></li><li><p><span>Strong experience in resell and distribution</span></p></li><li><p><span>Able to work with channel partner models, partner program management, and partner development in SaaS industry, UCaaS/CCaaS</span></p></li><li><p><span>Able to showcase experience with AI / RPO</span></p></li><li><p><span>Extensive background and proven track record in the distribution and reseller industry</span></p></li><li><p><span>Able to conduct forecasting, pipeline generating activities and sales discipline to help drive the business growth</span></p></li><li><p><span>Able to effectively utilize CRM and ERP systems</span></p></li><li><p><span>Able to influence people and align remote teams to achieve agreed goals and objectives</span></p></li><li><p><span>Able to demonstrate exceptional time management skills and knowledge of strategic and operational planning techniques</span></p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Salary Range or On Target Earnings:</b></p><p></p><p>Minimum:</p>$128,600.00<p></p><p>Maximum:</p>$257,300.00<p></p><p><span>In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus and equity value.</span></p><p></p><p><span>Note: Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications &amp; experience.</span></p><p></p><p><span>We also have a location based compensation structure;  there may be a different range for candidates in this and other locations</span></p><p><span>At Zoom, we offer a window of at least 5 days for you to apply because we believe in giving you every opportunity.
