<p><b>What you can expect</b></p><div><p><span>We seek a strategic, data-driven Lifecycle Marketing Manager to lead monetization initiatives that boost revenue, customer lifetime value, and business performance through cross-functional collaboration, analytics, and creative marketing strategies.</span></p></div><div><p></p><p><b>About the Team</b></p></div><div><p><span>The Online Marketing &amp; Retention team drives strategy across all customer lifecycle stages, building multichannel programs to boost upgrades, lifetime value, retention, win-backs, and engagement from onboarding to renewal.</span></p></div><div><p></p><p><b>Responsibilities</b></p></div><ul><li><p><span>Developing Monetization Strategies: Design and implement marketing strategies to drive revenue and customer growth.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Analyzing customer behavior and market trends to identify high-value segments and tailor monetization strategies accordingly.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Partnering with Ecommerce, Product, Data Science, Data Technology, and Finance teams to align monetization efforts with broader business and financial goals.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Launching A/B tests and promotional experiments to validate hypotheses and optimize revenue outcomes. Test and iterate on offers, pricing plans, and discounts to drive acquisition, expansion, and retention.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Contributing to new product launches with monetization frameworks and value-based marketing strategies as well as launching new and optimize multichannel growth strategies</span></p></li><li><p><span>Monitoring and report on key monetization KPIs such as conversion rates, upgrade rates, etc.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Conducting marketing, pricing, and packaging analysis of competitors to inform </span><span>marketing </span><span>strategy.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Partnering with data science to develop dashboards, forecasting models, and reporting structures for key revenue KPIs.</span></p></li></ul><div><p></p><p><b>What we’re looking for</b></p></div><ul><li><p><span>10+ years in monetization, product/growth marketing, PLG, and lifecycle strategy, ideally in digital, SaaS, or subscription businesses, with a BS in Marketing, Business, or Economics</span><span>, (MBA is a plus).</span></p></li><li><p><span>Have analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, SQL, or data visualization tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau).</span></p></li><li><p><span>Have experience designing and executing pricing or monetization strategies.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Have the ability to work cross-functionally in a very dynamic environment.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Be proficient in communication, collaboration, project management and leadership skills with the ability to influence at all levels</span></p></li><li><p><span>Have experience with marketing, CRM, and experimentation tools like SFMC, </span><span>Pardot</span><span>, Braze, Airship, </span><span>Optimizely</span></p></li><li><p><span>Have experience with Analytics &amp; Tracking tools like Google Analytics, Amplitude, Tableau Looker, Tableau, BI, etc.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Have experience in SaaS, mobile apps, marketplaces, or digital subscription businesses as well as experience in a high-growth tech environment or product-led growth (PLG) company.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Have experience with A/B testing platforms and experimentation frameworks.</span></p></li></ul><p></p><p></p><p><b>Salary Range or On Target Earnings:</b></p><p></p><p>Minimum:</p>$97,600.00<p></p><p>Maximum:</p>$225,700.00<p></p><p><span>In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus and equity value.</span></p><p></p><p><span>Note: Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications &amp; experience.</span></p><p></p><p><span>We also have a location based compensation structure;  there may be a different range for candidates in this and other locations</span></p><p><span>At Zoom, we offer a window of at least 5 days for you to apply because we believe in giving you every opportunity.
