Responsibilities

Coaching, lead, and inspire the team every day
Hiring and leading a team of account executives to drive outbound calls, quality leads, and identify needs
Managing KPI’s and metrics to ensure the team is on track to meet quotas
Assisting on client demos/presentations, quotes/proposals, and Quarterly Business Reviews
Conducting high-level conversations with C-Level and VP -Level Executives to address business needs
Delivering forecasts, identify trending opportunities/challenges, and provide recommended solutions, resolving client issues timely and thoroughly

What we’re looking for

Have some excellent Sales Management experience in a Technology company
Have an excellent track record of recruiting, hiring, retaining and training Account Executives
Have direct SaaS/Cloud selling experience or software selling experience
Have demonstrated excellence in presentations skill with ability to build relevant, strategic messaging
Possess business forecasting, pipeline development and management skills, able to close sales and ensure client satisfaction
Be detail oriented, organized, ethical, responsible, and self-motivated
Have Salesforce CRM experience

Salary Range or On Target Earnings:

Minimum:

$119 600,00

Maximum:

$261 500,00

In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus and equity value.

Note: Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience.

We also have a location based compensation structure; there may be a different range for candidates in this and other locations
