Own the design strategy and execution end-to-end with a strong emphasis on refined, production-ready visuals.</span></p></li><li><p><b>Raising the Bar</b><span> </span><span>– Elevate Zoom Meetings into a best-in-class meetings and collaboration experience through exceptional visual and interaction design.</span></p></li><li><p><b>Strategic Collaboration</b><span> </span><span>– </span><span>Partner with cross-functional teams (PM, engineering, research, and accessibility) to align on product direction, deliver impactful work, and champion design excellence across surfaces.</span></p></li><li><p><b>Design Leadership &amp; Vision - </b><span>Play a key role in driving high-quality design within the Meetings team. Collaborate closely with design leadership to bring clarity and consistency across projects, and ensure design decisions align with the broader vision for Zoom Meetings.</span></p></li><li><p><b>Advocating for Users</b><span> </span><span>– Champion user-centered design, balancing simplicity and modern capabilities to create intuitive, high-impact experiences.</span></p></li><li><p><b>Quality through Data &amp; Insight - </b><span>Leverage both qualitative and quantitative data to guide design decisions, evaluate success, and identify opportunities for improvement.</span></p></li><li><p><b>Craft in Figma</b><span> </span><span>– </span><span>Own design execution with confidence in Figma, delivering concept designs, robust prototypes, and clear specifications for engineering partners.</span></p></li></ul><p><br /> </p><div><p><b>What We’re Looking For:</b></p></div><ul><li><p><span>Have 12+ years in user-centered design, with a deep focus on real-time communication, collaboration, video, or social tools and a track record of crafting seamless, engaging interactions.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Bachelors degree or equivalent practical experience</span></p></li><li><p><span>Experience leading complex projects involving cross-functional and cross-team stakeholder groups, spanning different timezones</span></p></li><li><p><span>Demonstrate confidence to question, inspire, and influence, driving cross-functional teams toward world-class user experiences in fast-moving, opinionated environments.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Strong systems thinker with the ability to contribute back to Prism, our design systems library.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Expertise in Figma (and other relevant tools) for designing, prototyping, and refining intuitive meeting interactions.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Excellent communication skills</span><span> with the ability to articulate design decisions clearly, advocating for users while navigating complexity with product, engineering, and executive teams.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Possess proven ability to design for desktop and mobile, ensuring a frictionless experience across devices.</span></p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Salary Range or On Target Earnings:</b></p><p></p><p>Minimum:</p>$146,700.00<p></p><p>Maximum:</p>$339,300.00<p></p><p><span>In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus and equity value.</span></p><p></p><p><span>Note: Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications &amp; experience.</span></p><p></p><p><span>We also have a location based compensation structure;  there may be a different range for candidates in this and other locations</span></p><p><span>At Zoom, we offer a window of at least 5 days for you to apply because we believe in giving you every opportunity.
