If youre excited about designing for scale, accessibility, and impact, this is the team for you.</p><p></p><p><b>Responsibilities</b></p><ul><li><p>Leading high-impact projects defining the future of Zoom Meetings, including join flow, in-meeting UI, audio/video settings, and AI-driven features. Own design strategy and execution end-to-end, focusing on refined, production-ready visuals.</p></li><li><p>Setting a high standard for visual and interaction design quality across the Meetings experience, with a focus on polished UI, layout, spacing, motion, and micro-interactions.</p></li><li><p>Partnering with cross-functional teams (PM, engineering, research, and accessibility) to align on product direction, deliver impactful work, and champion design excellence.</p></li><li><p>Contributing to driving high-quality design within the Meetings team, collaborating with leadership to ensure clarity, consistency, and alignment with the broader Zoom Meetings vision.</p></li><li><p>Using qualitative and quantitative data to guide design decisions, measure success, and identify areas for improvement</p></li><li><p>Owning design execution in Figma, delivering pixel-perfect visuals, robust prototypes, and clear specifications for engineering teams.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>What we’re looking for</b></p><ul><li><p>Have extensive (8 yrs+) of product design experience with a compelling portfolio showcasing exceptional visual and interaction design.</p></li><li><p>Hold a Bachelors or equivalent experience required.</p></li><li><p>Motion design experience is a great additional skill.</p></li><li><p>Have experience managing complex projects involving cross-functional and cross-team stakeholders across different timezones.</p></li><li><p>Be an expert in visual design, with a passion for polish and a keen eye for detail in spacing, layout, motion, and visual flow.</p></li><li><p>Be proficient in Figma (and other tools) for design and prototyping, with a solid systems-thinking approach.</p></li><li><p>Have excellent communication skills, able to influence and inspire partners with new design thinking and articulate design decisions effectively.</p></li><li><p>Have experience designing across multiple platforms (desktop, web, mobile, and other devices), with a deep understanding of user-centred design principles.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Salary Range or On Target Earnings:</b></p><p></p><p>Minimum:</p>$146 700,00<p></p><p>Maximum:</p>$339 300,00<p></p><p><span>In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus and equity value.</span></p><p></p><p><span>Note: Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications &amp; experience.</span></p><p></p><p><span>We also have a location based compensation structure;  there may be a different range for candidates in this and other locations</span></p><p><span>At Zoom, we offer a window of at least 5 days for you to apply because we believe in giving you every opportunity.
