We work side by side with world-class designers, engineers, product leaders, and GTM teams who are passionate about shaping the future of AI first communication and collaboration.</span></p><p></p><p><b><span>Responsibilities</span></b></p><ul><li><p>Define and lead the product strategy for enterprise-grade admin controls, security, data governance, and compliance features across Zoom Workplace and Business Services.</p></li><li><p>Build compliance tooling such as DLP, eDiscovery, information barriers, and legal holds to meet enterprise regulatory needs.</p></li><li><p>Partner with enterprise customers to understand compliance and security requirements, translating them into scalable and user-friendly product solutions.</p></li><li><p>Address administrative and compliance needs for Zoom AI Companion, ensuring responsible and compliant use of AI in enterprise environments.</p></li><li><p>Define and monitor success metrics and KPIs tied to enterprise customer adoption and compliance readiness.</p></li><li><p>Conduct competitive analysis to identify opportunities for differentiation in compliance and governance features.</p></li><li><p>Collaborate with legal, InfoSec, and compliance partners to deliver integrated, customer-facing solutions.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b><span>What we’re looking for</span></b></p><ul><li><p>Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.</p></li><li><p>12+ years of product management experience with a proven track record of launching and scaling successful enterprise products.</p></li><li><p>Deep expertise in enterprise SaaS or UCaaS platforms, especially in admin tooling, compliance, and security products.</p></li><li><p>Strong technical aptitude; comfortable discussing architecture, APIs, data flows, and platform integrations with engineering teams.</p></li><li><p>Experience partnering with InfoSec, Legal, and IT leaders, including VP/C-level stakeholders, at large enterprises.</p></li><li><p>Excellent communication and influencing skills; able to represent the voice of the customer internally and externally.</p></li><li><p>Familiarity with Microsoft Purview, Google Vault, or other enterprise compliance/governance tools is highly desirable.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Salary Range or On Target Earnings:</b></p><p></p><p>Minimum:</p>$171 800,00<p></p><p>Maximum:</p>$375 900,00<p></p><p><span>In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus and equity value.</span></p><p></p><p><span>Note: Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications &amp; experience.</span></p><p></p><p><span>We also have a location based compensation structure;  there may be a different range for candidates in this and other locations</span></p><p><span>At Zoom, we offer a window of at least 5 days for you to apply because we believe in giving you every opportunity.
