What you can expect<div>We are seeking a strategic and driven Head of Growth to architect and scale the pipeline engine that fuels Workvivo’s continued expansion. In this high-impact leadership role, you will be responsible for building and leading a cross-functional team across Digital Demand Generation, BDR/SDR, and Field Marketing, with a shared mission to generate qualified pipeline, accelerate revenue growth, and enable long-term scalability.  </div><div>This role goes beyond traditional demand gen. As Head of Growth, you’ll be a key player on our Senior Leadership Team and one of the top leaders in our U.S. business.</div>ResponsibilitiesGrowth Strategy &amp; Leadership<ul><li>Building and executing the global pipeline generation strategy aligned with Sales priorities and revenue targets</li><li>Leading a high-performing team across demand generation, outbound BDR, ABM, lifecycle marketing, and field</li><li>Collaborating closely with brand, content, product marketing, and marketing ops teams to drive unified execution</li><li>Partnering with sales leadership to align growth programs with coverage models, segmentation, and pipeline goals</li></ul>Digital Demand Generation<ul><li>Owning all digital growth programs including paid media, SEO/SEM, retargeting, lifecycle, and conversion</li><li>Building scalable campaign frameworks that target enterprise buyers and accelerate funnel velocity</li><li>Ensuring campaigns are optimized for ROI, pipeline contribution, and revenue impact</li></ul>BDR/SDR Leadership<ul><li>Building and managing a high-performing outbound BDR/SDR team</li><li>Defining outbound strategy, KPIs, coaching frameworks, and campaign alignment</li><li>Driving coordination between BDRs and marketing campaigns to maximize SQL conversion</li></ul>Field Marketing &amp; Events<ul><li>Executing regional programs, customer events, and executive roundtables to drive targeted demand</li><li>Supporting strategic ABM efforts in collaboration with Sales for key accounts</li><li>Ensuring field activities align with overall growth objectives and are measurable against pipeline targets</li></ul>Sales Partnership<ul><li>Serving as a trusted partner to Sales, ensuring alignment on pipeline goals, lead quality, and conversion</li><li>Translating growth metrics into clear business impact and providing weekly pipeline forecasts</li><li>Being proactive at identifying pipeline gaps and creating campaigns to close them</li></ul>Measurement &amp; Optimization<ul><li>Owning the pipeline number (sourced and influenced) across all marketing-led and BDR-led channels</li><li>Implementing clear reporting and attribution frameworks across MQL → SQL → Opportunity</li><li>Using insights to continuously refine campaign strategy, channel mix, and resource allocation</li></ul>What we’re looking for<ul><li>Have 7–10+ years of experience in high-growth B2B SaaS environments</li><li>Have a proven track record owning pipeline strategy and delivering measurable ARR impact</li><li>Have deep expertise across digital marketing, paid media, ABM, lifecycle, outbound, and funnel conversion</li><li>Have hands-on experience building and scaling BDR/SDR teams and outbound growth programs</li><li>Have experience working in a global, matrixed organization with cross-functional marketing and sales alignment</li><li>Have strong data-driven mindset — you measure everything, speak in numbers, and act on insight</li><li>Have excellent leadership skills — builds high-performing, high-trust teams that people want to follow</li><li>Have exceptional communication and stakeholder management — keeps executives aligned, focused, and informed</li></ul>Salary Range or On Target Earnings:Minimum:$150 800,00Maximum:$329 900,00In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus and equity value.Note: Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications &amp; experience.We also have a location based compensation structure;  there may be a different range for candidates in this and other locationsAt Zoom, we offer a window of at least 5 days for you to apply because we believe in giving you every opportunity.
