<p><b>What you can expect</b></p><p>Zoom is looking for an Experimentation Analyst to partner with the Experimentation Manager across our global websites. This role will report to the Experimentation Lead. This candidate will align with our product development, analytics, marketing, design, and business stakeholders for our websites to analyze the effectiveness of our experimentation campaigns.</p><p></p><p><b>About the Team</b></p><ul><li><p>Zoomies help the world connect — and deliver happiness while doing it. You’ll collaborate across teams to drive high-impact projects that shape the future of communication—while growing your career in a diverse, inclusive, and opportunity-rich environment.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Responsibilities</b></p><ul><li><p>Analyzing testing results based on statistical methods to provide statistically significant, sound recommendations to push winning solutions into production for all traffic.</p></li><li><p>Determining test result statistical significance, confidence levels, optimal stopping points, and key takeaways.</p></li><li><p>Being able to define new opportunities to test using data-driven observations and analysis.</p></li><li><p>Documenting test results/implications, and using this knowledge to iterate upon test concepts and further optimize the customer experience.</p></li><li><p>Collaborating with optimization specialists to QA A/B tests before launch, ensuring all critical and supporting event metrics are properly set up for accurate analysis.</p></li><li><p>Advocating for data-driven decision-making and customer-centricity across all touchpoints of the digital product experience.</p></li><li><p>Working with Experimentation Lead to evangelize proper data governance, test design, and analysis methodology regarding all testing initiatives.</p></li><li><p>Staying up-to-date on industry trends, new analytics products, and new features within existing platforms.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>What we’re looking for</b></p><ul><li><p>4+ years of experience using analytics platforms such as Google Analytics, Tableau, Salesforce, Adobe Analytics, Amplitude, etc.</p></li><li><p>Have the knowledge of testing platforms such as Optimizely, Google Optimize, and/or Adobe Target.</p></li><li><p>Demonstrate proven experience with Content Square software or other Digital Experience Analytics tools.</p></li><li><p>Have experience analyzing successful A/B tests for digital organizations.</p></li><li><p>Show experience using statistical methods to analyze data proficiency in statistical hypothesis testing (sampling, variance, statistical significance, confidence intervals, regression, wins within confidence levels, etc.).</p></li><li><p>Think critically and quantitatively, combining data-driven insights with a customer-first perspective.</p></li><li><p>Have the ability to document and present results to differing stakeholder audiences.</p></li><li><p>Team player with a growth mindset and always curious.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Salary Range or On Target Earnings:</b></p><p></p><p>Minimum:</p>$76,800.00<p></p><p>Maximum:</p>$186,200.00<p></p><p><span>In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus and equity value.</span></p><p></p><p><span>Note: Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications &amp; experience.</span></p><p></p><p><span>We also have a location based compensation structure;  there may be a different range for candidates in this and other locations</span></p><p><span>At Zoom, we offer a window of at least 5 days for you to apply because we believe in giving you every opportunity.
