<p><b>What you can expect</b></p><p>In this role, you will lead and mentor a team of Deal Desk analysts and senior analysts. You will partner with Sales leaders and business stakeholders to structure and execute complex deals. You will serve as the primary point of escalation for non-standard deals, providing guidance on pricing, contract structuring, and revenue implications. You will also identify opportunities to improve policies, processes, and systems to accelerate sales and enhance revenue outcomes. This is a high-impact role that requires problem-solving, collaboration, and strategic thinking. Your work will directly impact the success of the Sales organization and Zoom’s business goals.</p><p></p><p><b>About the Team</b></p><p>The Deal Desk team at Zoom is a central part of our Go-To-Market Finance organization, focused on deal support, enablement, and governance. We partner closely with Sales and cross-functional teams to structure, review, and optimize complex deals, ensuring alignment with corporate policies, pricing strategies, and revenue objectives. Our team thrives on problem-solving, collaboration, and delivering high-impact solutions that accelerate sales velocity while mitigating risk.</p><p></p><p><b>Responsibilities</b></p><ul><li><p>Leading a team of Deal Desk analysts and senior analysts to support high-quality deal execution supporting Americas.</p></li><li><p>Partnering with sales (and other cross-functional teams as needed) to structure complex commercial proposals, ensuring alignment with pricing strategy, business goals, and margin targets.</p></li><li><p>Reviewing and approving non-standard deal terms, providing guidance (where appropriate) on pricing, contract structuring, and revenue recognition or other finance implications.</p></li><li><p>Serving as the primary escalation point for complex deals, maintaining deal momentum, resolving issues with cross-functional teams, and involving Senior Management as required by deal risk.</p></li><li><p>Collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders and identify process improvement opportunities that enhance revenue outcomes, accelerate sales velocity, and mitigate risk exposure.</p></li><li><p>Collaborating with Sales Operations &amp; Enablement to develop and implement region-specific training curriculum focused on deal health optimization and negotiation best practices.</p></li><li><p>Analyzing deal trends, KPIs, and forecasts to inform leadership decisions.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>What we’re looking for</b></p><ul><li><p>Hold a Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance, or relevant field (MBA or Big 4 public accounting experience is ideal).</p></li><li><p>Have 6-8+ yrs of experience in Deal Desk or a similar position with extensive prior experience leading and managing teams(Saas or telecom industry is ideal)</p></li><li><p>Be well-versed in deal economics, commercial agreements, revenue accounting, and ASC 606, along with experience using Salesforce and CPQ (or similar quoting tools).</p></li><li><p>Be passionate about problem-solving, with the ability to think critically, identify root causes, and develop actionable solutions.</p></li><li><p>Be highly organized with the ability to juggle competing priorities and strive to support each with attention to detail and quick turn-around.</p></li><li><p>Team player and effective communicator with all levels of management and cross-functional team.</p></li></ul><p></p><p></p><p><b>Salary Range or On Target Earnings:</b></p><p></p><p>Minimum:</p>$126 500,00<p></p><p>Maximum:</p>$276 700,00<p></p><p><span>In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus and equity value.</span></p><p></p><p><span>Note: Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications &amp; experience.</span></p><p></p><p><span>We also have a location based compensation structure;  there may be a different range for candidates in this and other locations</span></p><p><span>At Zoom, we offer a window of at least 5 days for you to apply because we believe in giving you every opportunity.
