Data and Analytics Manager
What you can expect
We are looking for an engineering Manager with a deep background in developing data solutions, including data engineering, analytics, and advanced machine learning models. The ideal candidate needs to have experience with go-to-market (Sales, Success, Marketing, Support) data sets.
You will be responsible for delivering data solutions that drive business transformations, working closely with sales, success, marketing and support go-to-market teams. You will lead the delivery of solutions leveraging Zoom go-to-market data. The role requires extensive leadership in software engineering, people management, and technical depth across a multi-stack cloud data ecosystem.
About the Team
The Data Team drives data-informed decision-making at Zoom, supporting growth, retention, marketing and customer support. The Data Team provides actionable insights and supports go-to-market teams by developing risk and buying propensity scores.
We aim to deliver customer satisfaction and sales outcomes while ensuring compliance with privacy and regulatory requirements for millions of users globally.
What we’re looking for
• Have a Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
• Have 10+ years experience in various data roles across data engineering, ML Engineering and data analytics, ideally in SaaS companies. At least 3 to 5 years of leadership experience
• Possess excellent people management skills with proven experience in building and managing high performance technical teams.
• Have experience in building data products using data technologies like Snowflake, DBT, Airflow, Kafka, Tableau, GraphDB etc
• Show expertise in data architecture, compliance, data security, and governance. Proven experience in developing and operating cloud-based data solutions
• Have high communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams

Salary Range or On Target Earnings:
Minimum:
$124 000,00Maximum:
$271 200,00In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus and equity value.
Note: Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience.
We also have a location based compensation structure; there may be a different range for candidates in this and other locations
