This team is responsible for amplifying the customer voice throughout our business and transforming satisfied customers into active brand advocates.</span></p></div><div><p></p><p><b>Responsibilities</b></p></div><ul><li><p><span>Designing and implement</span><span>ing</span><span> customer advocacy strategies aligned with business goals to build a community of loyal customers.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Owning </span><span>narrative development</span><span>, agenda setting, and executive preparation for the Customer Advisory Board meetings.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Capturing and synthesizing Customer Advisory Board feedback into clear, actionable insights, and ensure follow-through with cross-functional partners.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Identifying and engage customers for advocacy initiatives, including testimonials, reviews, referrals, speaking engagements, and customer stories across regions and segments.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Briefing executives for customer-facing sessions and facilitate high-stakes conversations with C-level decision makers.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Analyzing program performance and customer feedback to continuously improve and demonstrate business impact.</span></p></li></ul><div><p></p><p><b>What we’re looking for</b></p></div><ul><li><p><span>12+ years of experience in customer marketing, customer advocacy, or a related role.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Proven success designing and running executive-level Customer Advisory Boards, councils, or advisory programs that drive engagement, retention, and advocacy.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Have </span><span>strong</span><span> executive presence and confidence engaging directly with C-level leaders (internal and external).</span></p></li><li><p><span>Have deep understanding of customer needs, market dynamics, and how to translate insights into business impact.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Excel written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to distill customer insights into actionable recommendations.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Have outstanding program and project management capabilities — capable of orchestrating impactful events while balancing diverse priorities effectively.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Be highly collaborative</span><span> and</span><span> thrive in cross-functional environments with Sales, Marketing, Product, and the C-suite.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Have impeccable attention to detail and commitment to delivering a best-in-class customer experience.</span></p></li></ul><p></p><p></p><p><b>Salary Range or On Target Earnings:</b></p><p></p><p>Minimum:</p>$126,500.00<p></p><p>Maximum:</p>$276,700.00<p></p><p><span>In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus and equity value.</span></p><p></p><p><span>Note: Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications &amp; experience.</span></p><p></p><p><span>We also have a location based compensation structure;  there may be a different range for candidates in this and other locations</span></p><p><span>At Zoom, we offer a window of at least 5 days for you to apply because we believe in giving you every opportunity.
