<p><b>What you can expect:</b></p><p>We are looking for a Contact Center Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a critical part in expanding Zoom’s presence in the upmarket enterprise segment, focusing on strategic engagement with key decision-makers in the Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS) space. This role requires teamwork, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping potential customers unlock the full value of Zoom Contact Center solutions.</p><p></p><p>As a Contact Center (CX) Business Development Representative (BDR), you will work cross-functionally with Zoom CX Specialists, Field Marketing, your geo BDR, and ABM teams to build highly targeted outreach strategies and campaigns. Your goal will be to generate qualified opportunities for our sales teams by researching, prospecting, and engaging high-value accounts.</p><p></p><p><b>About the Team:</b></p><p>Zoom’s sales team is committed to helping businesses modernize communication and customer experience through innovative technology. Our BDRs play a key role in expanding Zooms Contact Center presence, driving pipeline, and ensuring our customers understand how Zoom can transform their contact center operations.</p><p></p><p>BDRs are expected to execute 70+ outbound activities daily, including calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, and personalized video messages. This role requires resilience and a growth mindset, as rejection is a common part of the process. Success comes from staying proactive, continuously refining strategies, and leveraging internal partnerships to drive impactful conversations.</p><p></p><p><b>Responsibilities:</b></p><p><span>• </span>Strategic Prospecting – Identify and engage enterprise accounts that would benefit from Zoom Contact Center by leveraging targeted account lists and ABM campaigns.</p><p><span>• </span>Outbound Engagement – Execute 70+ outbound activities daily, including cold calls, emails, video messages, and LinkedIn outreach.</p><p><span>• </span>Cross-Functional Collaboration – Work with Zoom CX Specialists, Field Marketing, geo BDRs, and ABM teams to craft and execute highly targeted account-based campaigns.</p><p><span>• </span>Lead Qualification – Identify and qualify Zoom Contact Center opportunities by conducting discovery calls and understanding a prospect’s contact center needs.</p><p><span>• </span>Personalized Outreach – Develop compelling, account-specific messaging to engage C-level executives and VPs in Customer Experience (CX), IT, and Operations.</p><p><span>• </span>Pipeline Management – Maintain accurate records in Salesforce (SFDC) and contribute to Zoom’s enterprise pipeline growth.</p><p><span>• </span>Performance Metrics &amp; Continuous Learning – Track weekly and monthly performance, proactively adjusting strategies based on results and feedback.</p><p></p><p><b>What We Are Looking For:</b></p><p><span>• </span>Previous Contact Center (CX) Experience – Previous experience working with contact center solutions, CCaaS, or customer experience technologies is highly preferred.</p><p><span>• </span>Strategic Prospecting Ability – Proven ability to research, segment, and target high-value enterprise accounts using ABM and intent data.</p><p><span>• </span>Cross-Functional Collaboration – Ability to work with multiple teams (CX Specialists, Sales, Field Marketing, ABM, Geo BDRs) to refine sales strategies.</p><p><span>• </span>Resilience &amp; Growth Mindset – Experience in high-volume outbound prospecting, with the ability to handle rejection and adapt strategies.</p><p><span>• </span>Strong Communication Skills – Experience engaging C-level and VP executives, using consultative selling and personalized messaging.</p><p><span>• </span>Goal-Oriented &amp; Data-Driven – Proven success in achieving or exceeding quarterly BDR quotas and contributing to pipeline growth.</p><p></p><p><b>Salary Range or On Target Earnings:</b></p><p></p><p>Minimum:</p>$56,500.00<p></p><p>Maximum:</p>$105,900.00<p></p><p><span>In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus and equity value.</span></p><p></p><p><span>Note: Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications &amp; experience.</span></p><p></p><p><span>We also have a location based compensation structure;  there may be a different range for candidates in this and other locations</span></p><p><span>At Zoom, we offer a window of at least 5 days for you to apply because we believe in giving you every opportunity.
