This role involves collaborating with key analysts through push and pull programs, which contribute to Zoom’s positive market position. This includes effective communication of vision, strategy, product direction, customer success, and market position.About the TeamAs part of Zooms Market Insights team, the Analyst Relations Manager will have responsibility for select industry analyst and influencer relations. You will work closely with other members of the Product, Solutions, and Industry Marketing team and cross-functional groups. You will help to advance Zooms position as a leading UCaaS and CCaas vendor with the analyst/influencer community in the Asia Pacific and Japan regions.What we’re looking for<ul><li>Have 5+ years of professional experience in B2B technology space.</li><li>Have 3+ years in analyst relations or 5+ in communications at a high-tech company or PR agency with analyst relations experience.</li><li>Have experience partnering with product marketing, product management, and customer advocacy teams.</li><li>Have demonstrated understanding of SaaS and unified communications industry, including hardware partners, developers, security, and competitive landscape.</li><li>Have excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills with strong relationship management abilities.</li><li>Have quick learner mindset with good work ethic, able to respond to various requests with tight deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.</li><li>Have strategic thinking skills and comfort speaking with higher executives and industry analysts.</li></ul>Ways of Working Our structured hybrid approach is centered around our offices and remote work environments.
