Our Acquisition AEs are tenacious hunters and prospectors that create opportunities to sell the entire Workvivo platform. Through strategic partnerships and a customer-centric approach, they play a pivotal role in expanding Zooms global presence and ensuring businesses harness the full potential of virtual collaboration.Responsibilities<ul><li>Managing a sales cycle - outbound lead generation, customer engagement, cross-sell, business case development and contract negotiation</li><li>Partnering with Zoom Account Executives to upsell current customers and assist in closing potential customers</li><li>Conducting high-level conversations with C-level and VP-level Executives</li><li>Meeting or exceeding sales objectives at the Mid-market &amp; Enterprise level</li></ul>What we’re looking for<ul><li>Have experience (4+ yrs) in an Account Executive role</li><li>Have experience in selling within a SaaS environment, with a proven track record of success</li><li>Have experience prospecting net new logos, developing and maintain business within existing accounts and managing complex sales situations</li><li>Be able to establish trust with prospective customers and run a full sales cycle</li><li>Have excellent presentation and communication skills</li><li>Be able to develop and maintain relationships with high-level clients.</li></ul>Salary Range or On Target Earnings:Minimum:$160,000.00Maximum:$326,400.00In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus and equity value.Note: Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications &amp; experience.We also have a location based compensation structure;  there may be a different range for candidates in this and other locations.Ways of Working Our structured hybrid approach is centered around our offices and remote work environments.
