SUMMARYWe are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Automation Manager to join our Marketing Engine team. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with strong project management skills, a keen eye for quality control, and excellent communication abilities.POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES Campaign Execution &amp; Optimization:<ul><li>Serve as the automation partner for Digital Marketing Specialist, Marketing Engine deploying all automation campaigns across Zoetis US. Included but not limited to: email creation and deployment, A/B testing, Email Studio, Mobile Studio, Automation Studio and Journey Builder.</li><li>Collaborating with Digital Marketing Managers to increase the use of audience segmentation, message personalization and A/B testing</li><li>Responsible for reporting Salesforce marketing cloud metrics and KPIs in presentations and drafting insights for optimization.</li><li>Leverage automation features to streamline campaign workflows and improve efficiency</li><li>Ability automate lead routing for sales call tools including the use of internal tools; seeking support from additional technical experts were needed</li><li>Strong project management skills with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines without compromising quality.</li></ul>Cross Functional Collaboration: <ul><li>Proactively share Salesforce Marketing Cloud capabilities and best practices supporting the creation of personalized content and journey building B2B2C.</li><li>Ability to work across teams with a high degree of accountability; strong attention to detail</li><li>Competent in understanding and articulating the nuances of the marketing automation stack with a hunger to bring new ideas forward</li><li>A self starter with a can do attitude known for rolling up their sleeves to get things done, find efficiences , demonstrate a “We Are One Zoetis” team player mentality</li><li>Abiltiy to work in an agile and fast paced environment across a complex organization</li></ul>ORGANIZATIONAL RELATIONSHIPS<ul><li>Marketing</li><li>Inside and Digital Sales</li><li>Sales</li><li>Technical</li><li>IT</li><li>Business Analytics</li></ul>EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field</li><li>Salesforce Marketing Cloud Specialist certification is required.</li><li>Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in marketing automation, with a focus on Salesforce Marketing Cloud.</li><li>Experience working in audience builder and azure, preferred</li><li>Experience creating omni-channel automation campaigns including journey building.</li><li>Experience working in a highly regulated field, preferred</li></ul>TECHNICAL SKILLS REQUIREMENTS<ul><li>Familiarity with Marketing Automation tools and techniques including but not limited to lead generation and scoring, campaign and content development and campaign performance analytics</li><li>3+ years Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud; Additional Certifications preferred</li><li>Experience in Adobe Creative Suite, Preferred</li><li>Experience with analytics tools like Adobe Analytics &amp; Target, Facebook Audience Insights, Google Analytics, Tableau</li></ul>PHYSICAL SKILLS REQURIEMENTS<ul><li>Office based role (hybrid)</li><li>Parsippany Preferred</li></ul> The US base salary range for this full-time position is $103,000 - $148,000. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the base pay target range for new hire salaries for the position.
