SUMMARYThe Head of Pet Owner Digital Engagement is responsible for defining, prioritizing, and delivering digital capabilities that power exceptional Pet Owner experiences across channels. This role sits at the intersection of Pet Owner Digital Experience, Data and Technology, requiring a product leader who can translate business vision into scalable, high-impact digital solutions.The leader will be responsible for the end-to-end product lifecycle—from discovery through delivery—partnering closely with Commercial Leaders and Technology teams to ensure that digital products are not only intuitive and engaging but also technically robust, data-driven, and aligned to strategic business goals.POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES Product Strategy &amp; Vision<ul><li>Define and articulate the product vision and roadmap for pet owner digital experiences, aligning with brand, commercial, and technology strategies.</li><li>Drive prioritization of product backlogs based on business value, technical feasibility, and user impact.</li><li>Balance strategic priorities with tactical execution to drive continuous value delivery.</li></ul>Ownership of Digital Product Portfolio<ul><li>Manage and evolve a portfolio that includes mobile applications, rewards programs, digital campaigns, omni-channel engagement, and other pet owner digital experiences.</li><li>Ensure cohesive user experiences and integration across digital touchpoints.</li><li>Monitor product performance, user feedback, and market trends to inform iterative improvements.</li></ul>Execution &amp; Delivery<ul><li>Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams—ensuring clarity of requirements, delivery expectations, and success metrics.</li><li>Partners with technology teams to make informed technical decisions on partnerships, integration and system design.</li><li>Ensure timely delivery of high-quality features that enhance consumer engagement and drive measurable business results.</li></ul>Measurement &amp; Optimization<ul><li>Define KPIs and measurement frameworks for Petowner digital products and initiatives.</li><li>Partner with analytics and data teams to monitor performance and continuously optimize features, UX, and technology integrations.</li><li>Use experimentation frameworks (A/B testing, feature flagging) to validate hypotheses and guide iteration.</li></ul>Stakeholder Management &amp; Communication<ul><li>Communicate vision, priorities, and progress effectively to senior leadership and cross-functional teams.</li><li>Champion consumer-centric and data-driven decision making across the organization.</li><li>Manage relationships with internal technology partners and external vendors/agencies as needed.</li></ul>EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Digital Marketing, or related field; MBA or advanced technical degree preferred.</li><li>  7+ years of experience in digital product management or product ownership with a focus on consumer or eCommerce platforms.</li><li>Technical understanding of front-end and back-end technologies, data models, and system integration.</li><li>Experience working in agile delivery environments with Jira, Confluence, or similar tools.</li><li>Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills; able to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences.</li><li>Demonstrated knowledge of organizational acumen and working in a matrix organization</li><li>Experience in the pet care industry or a related field preferred</li></ul>TECHNICAL SKILLS REQUIREMENTS<ul><li>Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau)</li><li>Proficiency in project management and collaboration tools</li><li>Understanding of web and mobile app development technologies</li><li>Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and Microsoft Office Suite</li></ul>PHYSICAL SKILLS REQURIEMENTS<ul><li>Office based position (Hybrid)</li><li>Parsippany based preferred</li></ul> The US base salary range for this full-time position is $181,000 - $260,000. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the base pay target range for new hire salaries for the position.
