All the acronyms - AWS, CI, CD, IaC, APIs, etc</li> <li>Experience with containerization, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines</li> <li>Demonstrated history of solid and well-rounded system design skills with a strong understanding of OO Fundamentals</li> <li>Improved developer productivity, efficiency, and velocity by setting up best practices for coding, testing, deployment, and observability</li> <li>A passion for building platforms and understanding what makes a great platform - infrastructure as code, automation, libraries, APIs, standardization, and the right level of abstractions</li> <li>Successfully mentored other engineers in the past and have encouraged your peers to use engineering best practices</li> <li>Been an effective communicator capable of delving into technical project details and facilitating discussions on technical aspects.
