You will develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies, enhance candidate experience, facilitate a competitive offer process and strengthen ZipRecruiter’s brand presence. Collaborating closely with hiring managers and executives, you will use data, market insights and past successes to ensure effective delivery.   Key Focuses: <ul> <li>Manage the Technology Talent Acquisition team in a player-coach capacity, overseeing both people management and full-cycle recruiting</li> <li>Able to personally handle a requisition load to source, recruit and onboard top level talent and executive roles </li> <li>Be obsessed with candidate and hiring manager experience</li> <li>Design and implement improvements to the recruitment process with a focus on simplicity, efficiency and a seamless experience (for candidates and hiring managers) from initial contact through onboarding</li> <li>Utilize data-driven insights to advise hiring managers, refine hiring strategies and identify emerging recruitment trends</li> <li>Cultivate strong, collaborative relationships with stakeholders and cross-functional partners to drive the Talent Acquisition function’s success</li> <li>Develop the team’s acumen in sourcing strategies to build robust candidate pipelines and relationships</li> <li>Coach, mentor, develop and empower team members: foster an environment where team members can achieve their goals and enhance their skills</li> <li>Provide guidance in areas of recruiting best practices, KPIs, surveys/assessments and the team’s professional growth</li> <li>Create a culture of continuous learning and improvement to elevate team performance and individual capabilities</li> <li>Partner across the People Team to understand our broader People strategy and ensure Talent Acquisition is a knowledgeable resource on People-related topics such as benefits and compensation strategy</li> <li>Use and leverage ZipRecruiter products where possible to source and hire candidates</li> </ul>   Minimum Qualifications: <ul> <li>This role requires the ability and willingness to work from the Santa Monica office on occasion</li> <li>8+ years of experience in high-volume, full-lifecycle technology recruiting</li> <li>2+ years of direct people management experience</li> <li>Proven track record of technology recruitment, ideally in a global environment</li> <li>Proven experience using data, metrics and KPIs to drive decision-making</li> <li>Exceptional communication skills with the ability to engage effectively at all organizational levels, internally and externally</li> <li>Proficiency with Google Suite </li> </ul>   As part of our team you’ll enjoy: <ul> <li>Competitive salary</li> <li>Exceptional benefits package</li> <li>Flexible Vacation &amp; Paid Time Off</li> <li>Employer-matched 401(k) plan</li> </ul>   The US base salary range for this full-time position is $157,500.00 - $215,000.00 USD. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location, and the range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location, role-related knowledge and skills, depth of experience, relevant education or training, and additional role-related considerations.  Depending on the position offered, equity, bonuses, commission, or other forms of compensation may also be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and other benefits.
