Summary We’re looking for a strategic, results-oriented Customer Marketing Manager to join our Marketing team and lead initiatives that deepen enterprise customer engagement, support revenue growth, and elevate ZipRecruiter’s brand presence. In this highly cross-functional role, you’ll drive programs across Account-Based Marketing (ABM), customer events, co-marketing, and customer storytelling, including leading our Customer Advisory Board and Talent All-Stars podcast. You’ll partner closely with Sales, Product, Brand, and Customer Success to craft and execute programs that strengthen relationships with key customers and bring their stories to life. This is a unique opportunity to shape how we engage and grow our most important accounts. Key Focuses <ul> <li>Own and execute customer marketing initiatives such as virtual/in-person events, case studies, the Talent All-Stars podcast, and our Customer Advisory Board</li> <li>Plan and manage events aligned with business goals, including roundtables, roadshows, summits, and strategic onsite visits</li> <li>Partner with Sales to target key accounts, develop tailored messaging, and create a playbook for onsite customer engagements</li> <li>Lead the development and promotion of customer case studies and success stories, in collaboration with Sales, Brand, Content, and PR</li> <li>Manage guest coordination, scripting, and production for our Talent All-Stars podcast and develop post-interview nurture strategies</li> <li>Launch and run our Customer Advisory Board, including recruitment, agenda planning, and feedback loops to inform product strategy</li> <li>Track and report on program performance and customer engagement outcomes</li> </ul> Minimum Qualifications <ul> <li>4+ years in a performance-driven B2B marketing environment (e.g., customer marketing, ABM, or similar roles)</li> <li>Bachelor’s degree</li> <li>Proven experience leading customer-facing programs such as events, co-marketing initiatives, or customer storytelling</li> <li>Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills</li> <li>Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Brand teams</li> <li>Ability to travel up to 25%</li> </ul> Preferred Qualifications <ul> <li>5+ years in customer marketing or enterprise-level ABM</li> <li>Proficiency in Salesforce, marketing automation, and sales enablement tools</li> <li>Strong understanding of digital marketing tactics across channels (email, content, web)</li> <li>Experience in HR tech, recruiting, or talent acquisition industry</li> </ul> As part of our team you’ll enjoy <ul> <li>Competitive salary</li> <li>Exceptional benefits package</li> <li>Flexible Vacation &amp; Paid Time Off</li> <li>Employer-matched 401(k) plan </li> </ul> #LI-Remote The US base salary range for this full-time position is $110,000 - $150,000. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location, and the range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location, role-related knowledge and skills, depth of experience, relevant education or training, and additional role-related considerations.
