<h2>About the team</h2>The Recruitment Enablement and Experience team partners with Talent Acquisition, People Org Product, and People Org Engineering to deliver innovative recruiting technology at scale. We manage a portfolio of third-party SaaS tools and custom-built solutions, many enhanced by AI that shape Zillow’s hiring experience. Our focus is on improving how candidates experience Zillow and how our recruiters and hiring managers operate every day, from large-scale implementations to process optimizations.<h2>About the role</h2>As the Senior Program Manager, Recruitment Technology, you will play a pivotal role in shaping how Zillow leverages technology to attract and hire top talent. This is a hands-on, operational role where you’ll implement and optimize recruiting platforms and tools, introduce AI-driven solutions, and ensure they deliver real impact for candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers. U.S. employees may live in any of the 50 United States, with limited exceptions.In California, Connecticut, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, Washington state, and Washington DC the standard base pay range for this role is $109,000.00 - $174,000.00 annually. This base pay range is specific to these locations and may not be applicable to other locations.&amp;#xa;&amp;#xa;In Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Minnesota, Nevada, Ohio, Rhode Island, and Vermont the standard base pay range for this role is $103,500.00 - $165,300.00 annually. The base pay range is specific to these locations and may not be applicable to other locations.In addition to a competitive base salary this position is also eligible for equity awards based on factors such as experience, performance and location. Actual amounts will vary depending on experience, performance and location. Employees in this role will not be paid below the salary threshold for exempt employees in the state where they reside.<h2>Who you are</h2><ul><li>5+ years of experience as a program manager supporting recruitment technology, HRIS, or similar enterprise platforms.</li><li>Proven ability to design, implement, and scale systems for end users including recruiters, candidates, hiring managers, and interviewers while leading complex, cross-functional programs to deliver measurable impact.</li><li>Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to influence across technical and business stakeholders.</li><li>Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with experience using data to guide decisions and measure success.</li><li>Knowledge of compliance, data privacy, and system security considerations related to recruitment technology.</li><li>Ability to travel up to 30% for conferences, Zillow retreats, and workshop sessions domestically and internationally.</li><li>Experience with Workday or other major HRIS platforms, scaling recruiting technology globally, and familiarity with AI-driven recruiting solutions and emerging HR tech trends is preferred.</li><li>Here at Zillow, we value the experience and perspective of candidates with non-traditional backgrounds.
