This base pay range is specific to California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, Rhode Island, Vermont, Washington state, and Washington DC and may not be applicable to other locations.In addition to a competitive base salary this position is also eligible for equity awards based on factors such as experience, performance and location. Actual amounts will vary depending on experience, performance and location.<h2>Who you are</h2><ul><li>8+ years of technical program management experience, including leading large-scale, cross-functional projects.</li><li>4+ years of hands-on experience building software solutions with current industry-standard technologies.</li><li>Strong technical skills with the ability to translate requirements into actionable plans.</li><li>Proven ability to identify risks, recommend solutions, and drive consensus among diverse teams.</li><li>Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.</li><li>Experience working closely with Product Managers and Software Development Managers.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and deliver results on time.</li><li>Here at Zillow - we value the experience and perspective of candidates with non-traditional backgrounds.
