<h2>About the team</h2>As a Principal Product Designer, Rentals Enterprise Experience, you’ll join Zillow’s Rentals Enterprise Design team within the Professional Experience group. U.S. employees may live in any of the 50 United States, with limited exceptions.In California, Connecticut, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, Washington state, and Washington DC the standard base pay range for this role is $178,300.00 - $284,700.00 annually. This base pay range is specific to these locations and may not be applicable to other locations.&amp;#xa;&amp;#xa;In Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Minnesota, Nevada, Ohio, Rhode Island, and Vermont the standard base pay range for this role is $169,300.00 - $270,500.00 annually. The base pay range is specific to these locations and may not be applicable to other locations.In addition to a competitive base salary this position is also eligible for equity awards based on factors such as experience, performance and location. Actual amounts will vary depending on experience, performance and location. Employees in this role will not be paid below the salary threshold for exempt employees in the state where they reside.<h2>Who you are</h2><ul><li>10+ years of professional product design experience, with at least 5 years working on enterprise, B2B, or complex system design.</li><li>Expertise in designing dashboards, analytics interfaces, and data visualizations that drive decision-making and action.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to independently initiate and lead complex, cross-functional programs—setting vision, defining frameworks, and driving execution to measurable impact.</li><li>Strong end-to-end design skills: from discovery and research through prototyping, testing, and shipping high-quality experiences.</li><li>Experience with design systems at scale, including creating or governing reusable patterns, components, and frameworks.</li><li>Systems thinking with the ability to model complex workflows, dependencies, and integrations across products.</li><li>Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, with experience working alongside Product, Engineering, and Data Science partners.</li><li>Curiosity and openness to exploring AI-enabled workflows and emerging design practices.</li><li>Ability to mentor and inspire other designers through craft leadership, even without direct management responsibilities.</li><li>Here at Zillow, we value the experience and perspective of candidates with non-traditional backgrounds.
