THE ROLE Zeta Global is seeking a talented Manager to join our ZX Data Science &amp; Analytics team. If you excel at storytelling and pride yourself on being a trusted analytics partner to clients, driving optimal outcomes, we want you on our team. You should have a solid foundation in marketing measurement, advanced analytics, optimizations, A/B &amp; multivariate testing, as well as a good understanding of machine learning models and other complex data analysis techniques. This position will report to the Director of Analytics.  RESPONSIBILITIES <ul> <li>Serve as a trusted analytics partner to Zeta’s clients, focusing on improving their ROI and market share. </li> <li>Lead and manage a team of Analysts and train them to serve as independent Analytics leads with clients. </li> <li>Utilize data and insights to drive campaign measurement, prescriptive optimizations, and develop a path to consistent performance that exceeds client expectations. </li> <li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Account Management, Operations) to establish repeatable frameworks for actionable insights. </li> <li>Undertake quarterly strategic Data and Analytics projects that create added value for Zeta and its clients. </li> <li>Assist in the development and deployment of state-of-the-art predictive and self-adjusting ML models to significantly enhance campaign performance. </li> </ul>  REQUIREMENTS <ul> <li>Excellent communication and presentation skills are essential, as the effectiveness of analysis findings hinges on your ability to present them in a clear and organized manner. </li> <li>Exceptional attention to detail is required to meet aggressive deadlines. </li> <li>Strong technical expertise in SQL, data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau) is necessary. </li> <li>You thrive as a change agent, providing decision-makers with actionable insights derived from data. </li> <li>Proven ability to implement statistical analysis and/or predictive modeling techniques, with the capability to effectively translate technical analyses for a business audience.  </li> </ul> QUALIFICATIONS <ul> <li>BS in MIS, Analytics / Operations Research / Statistics, or similar quantitative disciplines with 4+ years of experience, or MS degree in these disciplines with 4+ years of experience.  </li> <li>4-5 years of client facing experience. </li> <li>Work experience in Retail / Financial Services / Telecom verticals is a plus. </li> </ul> BENEFITS &amp; PERKS <ul> <li>Unlimited PTO</li> <li>Excellent medical, dental, and vision coverage</li> <li>Employee Equity</li> <li>Employee Discounts, Virtual Wellness Classes, and Pet Insurance And more!!</li> </ul> SALARY RANGE The salary range for this role is $125,000 - $145,000.00, depending on location and experience.  PEOPLE &amp; CULTURE AT ZETA Zeta considers applicants for employment without regard to, and does not discriminate on the basis of an individual’s sex, race, color, religion, age, disability, status as a veteran, or national or ethnic origin; nor does Zeta discriminate on the basis of sexual orientation, gender identity or expression.   We’re committed to building a workplace culture of trust and belonging, so everyone feels invited to bring their whole selves to work.
